Not only will you be at a location that simply can't be beat, you will have a spacious home away from home. The owner decorated the home for her own personal use and the inside is both comfortable and tastefully decorated.
This home includes an outdoor sitting area with ocean view from 3rd floor Balcony where you can spend a relaxing morning enjoying the Ocean breezes while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening. Within the home itself you will have a fully stocked kitchen travertine floors and stainless steel appliances to prepare any meals you have in mind and your own private Sauna to relax in after a day at the Beach.] There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen Bed in the 3rd Bedroom with a flat screen TV in the living room and downstairs bedroom, and additional T.V. in sitting area. Internet television only includes Hulu, Netflix and Disney ,YouTube and Sling. Please bring your streaming access information. No TV in Master and upstairs Guest bedroom

This home includes a washer and dryer in the Home along with wifi and an outdoor barbecue Grill.This property sleeps 6 in beds and Up to 8 people very comfortably. Property located 3 blocks from Downtown with coffee shops, fine dining, movie theaters and neighborhood bars. Best Waves and Beach in North County.

We provide start up supply only for trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner. Guest will need to buy or supply for long stay.

OTHER Things to Note: Jaccuzzi tub in master bathroom is non operational. There are stairs inside the home. NO smoking, No Parties or Events. NO Pets allowed. Guest will have the entire home for your stay (no sharing). Do not move around furniture; guest will pay for any damages for furniture or floors caused by moving the furniture.

We had a great stay at this house. Tim was wonderful to work with. When we arrived his wife was there to let us in and show us around. The house is extremely clean! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we made many meals there. Central A/C was wonderful to have as well. The house is prime location literally across the street from the beach and walking distance to coffee, restaurants, the pier. Oceanside is known for the trains so if you have never visited before be aware this house is right in front of the tracks so you will hear trains constantly. But we like that - we are no stranger to Oceanside but some trains will literally rock the house. Didn't bother us any.My only feedback for the owner is some of the décor could be a little scary for small kids, my son didn't like the "monster/ devil heads on the wall" - house is decorated with a lot of Eastern Hindu type décor. fyi

Oceanside Family Vacay

The property was great, worked for our family. But obviously being 3 stories there are a lot of stairs. It was nice and close to the beach and the pier and lots of restaurants. The property was also really nice to provide plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. Overall great stay.

Great Beach Location

We had a wonderful stay at the house for Thanksgiving. It is in a great location next to beach. It is Oceanside so you will hear the train but it did not disturb us at all. The house is perfect for gathering as family but also has some space for those to get some alone time. Loved it

Close to the beach

We liked the location, you just need to be able to handle stairs getting to the beach. Host Tim is very available and responsive. House was very roomy and kept up.

Great location!

We had seven adults for a surprise birthday party. The location was spot on. the home is close to the Amtrak. You can walk to a lot of the necessities. I love the homes layout, everyone had their independence. The home was adequately supplied for all our needs. Would recommend this home.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The description of home, location were all very honest. Great area between Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. If you want to walk to restaurants, its very close. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Nice stay!

Host was a good communicator. We did have problems with the water heater, contacted Tim and he had the issue fixed within 30 mins. Would of been nice to use the elevator and not have to carry all the luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Overall, pretty house in a great area. House was well furnished and spacious. Walking distance to stores/restaurants and of course the beach. Would definitely like to come back.

Great location and property!

Our family had a great week in this home! Only a 2 minute walk to a great beach (includes a long flight of stairs) which accommodated everyone well (surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, or just playing in the sand). Many restaurants within walking distance. Property manager made the check in process easy and worked with us to allow for early check-in. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway for families

This is about as good as it gets for an Oceanside property (and I have stayed at several over the years). This place is perfect for families or large groups - we had three couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. Large, open living room/dining room/kitchen - great for hanging out together. And the view from the third-floor patio was fantastic. First, the check-in was easy - Tim was there right when we arrived and he walked us through everything. Nice two-car garage fit our two cars, and there were two remote garage door/gate controls. The location really couldn't be much better. Only one block from the beach (3-4 minute walk), but also easy walking distance to LOTS of restaurants and the Oceanside Sunset Market, which had a great selection of ethnic food. We ended up getting takeout for the whole trip and just walked to the restaurants to pick it up. So when I say "perfect", I mean it. I really couldn't think of anything that could have been better.

Great location!! Fantastic trip and beautiful home. Property manager was very responsive and met us at the house at check in to go over everything. Set up of the home was a bit strange with a bedroom and a bathroom on each of the 3 floors but also allowed for each of our 3 families to have some privacy. The upstairs patio provides a relaxing view of the ocean and beach access is literally a staircase of steps away.

The location is outstanding with tons of stuff in short walking distance.

Property Management was great to work with and communicated very well. The home was clean and is a great location. We were able to pull two cars inside the garage which was nice.
