The hotel itself is a very nice facility and the location is great. I would not stay here again due to the noise of the traffic on the street. I am a light sleeper and the constant noise of the street traffic made it impossible to sleep well.

The suite had a great view but was too hot. Rooms are too dark and need remodeling. All staff were friendly but had a front desk employee inform me that dogs are welcome but there was a charge. The charge was fine but she was not as friendly as the others and I believe she was a supervisor. I obviously knew dogs were allowed or I wouldn’t have walked past front desk w/ them. Just felt she was a little snippy- didn’t care about the charge as it was policy.

Booked the suite and after enjoying a night out, and returning to the room we had no power. This made it impossible to close the blinds watch the TV use the fireplace or the heater in the living room. Maintenance was sent up and worked on this issue for over an hour before they let us know that there were no other suites available to switch rooms and could not fix the problem. Kylie at the desk and she would give us a call and let us know what we could do. At 10:30 PM called back Kylie had left for the evening. Since it was so late we remained in a room. Second person who came to cover evening shift was very helpful and nice. Upon check out Kylie was back And stated that she had no authority to refund us or give us a comp room for another night. Told us pretty much someone would contact us still have not heard anything from management…

Don't get room 318 (Jr Suite) !!! The lights didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work. The remote was missing and their was a sharp jagged metal sticking out from the door ripped my bag. The curtains were missing parts and hanging funky. Maintenance finally got lights going but air never worked. First night was hot! Second day we had to move rooms. It was a downgrade from Jr Suite to double queen. I couldn't get a refund back to my card because I bought through Travelocity. They did give me Hilton Honor points but I wanted the money back. So disappointing!!
