It's just a few minutes' stroll to the end of the street where you'll find more than three miles of serene, sandy beaches, where you can nap in the sun, enjoy a walk in the gentle surf, or head out to sea on a fishing trip. If you want a taste of some local culture, explore the work of the Perkins Cove artists' colony at the Museum of American Art or catch some theater at the Playhouse.

Very Nice!

Excellent location, just a short walk to beautiful Footbridge Beach. From there, it’s about a 20-25 minute walk to Ogunquit Beach and Ogunquit, very convenient. There are several good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner within a 5-10 minute walk of the property. The house is well-stocked and well-maintained. There are modern appliances, such as mini-splits for heat and A/C throughout, and washer & dryer in the downstairs bath. The large upstairs bedroom suite was the best room of the house. The studio apartment on the first floor was also very pleasant and spacious, and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and large Keurig. All common areas were very comfortable. As mentioned in another review, there are many on/off switches, so additional labeling would help. We eventually got the lights and fans we needed to work, so this is a minor point. We enjoyed the outdoor seating at the front of the house, which has comfy chairs with Sunbrella cushions and a firepit. It was a pleasant surprise to find wood supplied for the firepit, unfortunately, the wood was too big to use (we did not request replacement). Despite being a bit exposed to the gaze of a few pedestrians on the nearby sidewalk, we still really enjoyed that space. Overall, we enjoyed every day in the house, and its excellent location, and would stay there again.

Perfect beach getaway

House is just like the pictures show. Attached studio apartment perfect for my son , wife and 2yr old grandson . Very short walk to the beach, but know this is the road to the footbridge parking lot so at times there were more cars than expected. The house was very clean. Big bonus is the on-site washer and dryer ( there was even laundry pods and dryer sheets). Nice outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Only “struggle “ was there are a lot of light switches to figure out. I would definitely recommend this house as an excellent place to stay.

Location was great. House was comfortable and well equipped. Slight issue with the cleaning. Found a dirty diaper under a foot stool and one shower curtain was a little moldy. Otherwise it was a great week

Second time a charm too!

Amazing location for this splendid vacation home! This is our 2nd stay. Great spaces both in & out. Kitchen is well stocked with all pans & appliances you could possibly need. Plenty of beach chairs, floats, cooler & more. The convenience of all sheets & linens available is another terrific plus! There is no describing how fantastic it is to have a short walk to Footbridge Beach — it is spectacular!!

The house is in a great location and great for a family. The only issue I had when we went to the house at 4:15 (a 4:00 check in is already late) the cleaning service was still at the house and their lunch remnants were all over the dining table. During Covid I don’t want to see this. The house was not as clean as I was hoping for during this time

Family getaway

We can from Vermont, Florida, Boston and Indiana for a wonderful Maine vacation. The weather was absolutely perfect and the accommodations were superb. Three blocks from our favorite beach which we have been enjoying for 60 years. We will be back!

Girls weekend

Wow. What a place. It does look just like the pictures. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us with everyone having their own bedroom. The location is an easy walk to the shore. Ogunquit is a quaint town. Lots of places to eat and shop. Would stay there again when in the area. Even though this was just 4 of us, this could easily accommodate a blended family and have room to spare.

We stayed in this property during 3rd week of October 2018 for a family outing. The beach is within five minutes and the restaurants are very near. The house was very clean and everything was as mentioned, We will return to this place again for our next vacation and will recommend this to our friends! It is such nice place and everyone in our family enjoyed staying in this house.

Ogunquit Beach Family Vacation

This house was in our location at the Foot Bridge Beach area and when they say they have everything they are not kidding. All you need is food. We had ten people and it was roomy enough for all. The yard was nice and you can have shade all around at different times of the day. The house was beautiful.

We are a group of 4 couples who vacation once a year together. This house was perfect for us. It was super clean, had all amenities needed, close to town.I would have definately given 5 stars but we had an issue with the hot water in 2 showers. A maintenance man was promptly sent but did not seem to fix the problem. Otherwise we would recommend this place to everybody, especially when all shops are open. Tom
