Apartment Andrea is a beautiful spacious newly renovated one bedroom apartment (484 sq feet) with a stunning view of the Adriatic sea. The property will sleep up to 4 people - one beautiful double bedroom with large bed and bedside lockers and lamps, a large wardrobe and flat screen TV. The large sofa in the living area converts into a double sleeping sofa which is very comfortable. There is a relaxing balcony area outside with a table with seating for 4 people, this balcony is perfect for al fresco dining . The property is in an excellent location on the island, all amenities are close by - restaurants, bars and beach are 2 - 3 minute walk away. Apartment Andrea offers super fast wifi free of charge, large flat screen TV with VIP TV (offers music and movie channels), air con, coffee maker, washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay - cooker, fridge freezer, micro etc. The price includes cleaning prior to and after arrival, fresh linen and bath towels (changed weekly but there is also a washing machine should you need it). The owners Andrea and Vedran will meet and greet you at the apartment, show you around and welcome you to their beautiful property and the stunning island of Ciovo.

All the properties are only 15 minutes from Split airport and right on the doorstep of medieval Trogir (over 2400 years old)

All of our apartments villas have balconies with sea views, wifi, air-conditioning, washing machines, fully equipped kitchens. Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis and we have a meet and greet team that will welcome you to your apartment. There are amenities close by for grocery shopping, eating out, bars and of course, secluded bays with calm, clear blue water.

It is not essential to rent a car as everything can be accessed by foot however, depending on your needs or desires you may choose one.

Thing to Do

Split is in a region known as Dalmatia and it's a great starting point if you're interested in exploring Croatia. There are a staggering 8 UNESCO protected sites within 2 hours of Ciovo. The 2400 year old town of Trogir is on your doorstep with taxi boats leaving the local harbour every 15 minutes. The landscape is mountainous with the Adriatic Sea in the forefront and the people are friendly and very helpful. We have guests return year on year as there really is so much to see and do.

Trogir is a mere 5 mins by car or water taxi. Places of interest include Cathedral of St Lovro and Church of St. John the Baptist. 15th century town hall opposite the cathedral with a gothic yard. Klis fortress (Game of Thrones filmed here)

Island Hopping – The Islands of Vis, Brac and Hvar (as well as lots more) are easily accessible from the apartment. Regular ferry’s connect from Split to the Islands. Why not have an overnight and enjoy the beaches and town centre.
