It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area with a sofa bed. From here, you can access the private balcony with a sea view, where you can comfortably have breakfast or end the evening with a glass of wine.



The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. In the living area, air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi provide additional comfort. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin, bed linen and towels are provided.



The outdoor area of the house offers a garden terrace and a barbecue facility that can be used communally. A private parking space is available at the property. Pets are welcome, however, a surcharge per night is levied.
