This modern holiday apartment in Croatia is located just 60 m from the beach and offers space for up to 7 people. The apartment has three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning or ceiling fan, as well as room darkening. A baby bed can be provided upon request.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Dining and living areas are combined, complemented by TV, unlimited WiFi and two air conditioning units. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping options. The apartment has a massage shower cabin and a private washing machine.



The terrace is partially covered, with a table and chairs for 6 people, sun loungers, parasol, private barbecue and direct access to the 100 m² garden. In the outdoor area, there is also an outdoor shower, a table football, a table tennis table and two covered parking spaces. A boat mooring for boats up to 8 m is available nearby for a fee, as is a trailer parking space.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, pedal boating, snorkelling, kayaking and canoeing, beach volleyball, tennis, jogging, bicycle hire, bocce as well as wine tastings and visits to gourmet restaurants. Shopping facilities, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants and cafés are within walking distance.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi), kitchen towels, tourist tax for adults and young people, registration and deregistration fee, as well as the boat mooring. No deposit is required. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
