Our charming apartment is located in a quiet part of Okrug Gornji and close to the coast.
It can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. It consists of two large bedrooms; one fully equipped kitchen; one spacious, nicely furnished and sunny living room; two bathrooms and a large terrace that is great for evening drinks and conversation, and completely protected from outside views.
The apartment has its own parking lot and a barbecue in the garden that you can use to prepare dinner.

Un trÚs bel appartement bien situé !

Un appartement spacieux, bien Ă©quipĂ© avec une superbe vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Tonka et Igor nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. C'est une maison oĂč il fait bon poser ses valises !

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) verbrachten 12 Tage in der FeWo Medvid. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung schaut in Wirklichkeit auch so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Alles war sehr, sehr sauber! Auch der Balkon ist fĂŒr vier Personen groß genug. Eine Markise sorgt fĂŒr Schatten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Bei unserer Ankunft befanden sich bereits 2 große Flaschen Wasser und eine Flasche Weißwein im KĂŒhlschrank. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen!

First Stay in Croatia

It was our first stay in Croatia and Tonka was amazing, so responsive and helpful. The condo was fully stocked and initially totally turn key. The Adriatic is only 2 blocks away and an easy walk down but totally tiring coming back. Very quiet and relaxing and only 10-15 minutes from restaurants, grocery, beach and cafe/bars. I would highly recommend it but not likely for young children.

Amazing stay and on a budget price

Few things these days are worth their price but we were truly amazed with the quality of the appartment, location and of course the hospitality of the host. The apartment was spacious, clean well furnished with a balcony with an amazing view. Located close to a variety of beaches restaurant and a 2 minute drive to the grocery store. We loved our stay and will return in the future.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, praktisch und sehr ansprechend gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, gute Betten, fusslĂ€ufig zur Adria. Die Kommunikation mit Tonka war unkompliziert und sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war so freundlich, uns durch Split zu fĂŒhren und uns die Stadt zu zeigen, vielen lieben Dank Tonka dafĂŒr. Zu erst mĂŒssen wir uns bei Tonka und Igor sehr bedanken. Liebevolle, sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Eine schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung mit kurzen Wegen zu tollen Badestellen. Den Balkon mit seiner herrlichen Aussicht haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen. Die sympathische Vermieterin war Ă€ußerst freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Der Urlaub auf Ciovo hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous view

Apartment has everything you could possibly want. Kitchen has a lot of kitchen utensils. The view is amazing. In the morning you can have breakfast on the balcony. As from 9.30 the sun shines on the balcony. When we were staying here, temperatures were over 30 C and the sunscreen does not block the morning sun as it comes from the side. In the late afternoon the sun has moved away from the balcony. Sitting area inside is very comfortable.

Einfach nur toll

Das Apartment lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es ist super sauber und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon, mit wunderschönem Meerblick, haben wir jeden morgen unser FrĂŒhstĂŒck genossen und den Abend draußen verbracht. Frau Medvid hat bei allen Fragen ein offenes Ohr und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns die 12 Tage sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können diese Wohnung jedem wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Urlaub in Okrug

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit ansprechbar und unterstĂŒtzt gerne bei Fragen zur Umgebung, AusflĂŒgen oder allem was wichtig ist. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Kroatien.

Einfach fantastisch!

Das Apartment lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es ist super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon, mit wunderschönem Meerblick, haben wir jeden morgen unser FrĂŒhstĂŒck genossen. Außerdem ist die Markise sehr positiv zu bewerten, damit hatte man immer ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die gegenĂŒberliegenden Inseln. Sogar die beliebte blue Lagoon kann man in der Ferne sehen. Frau Medvid, unsere Vermieterin, ist Ă€ußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns mehrere gute Tipps, zur Insel und zu Unternehmungen rund um Trogir, gegeben. Wie haben 10 wundervolle Tage dort verbracht und kommen sicher wieder.
