• This property is not a hotel facility. The listed properties are rented for tourism purposes by their respective owners through Klodge’s mediation.
• As private residences, they do not adhere to specific hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals.

• Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name.
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay (release time depends on your bank).
• In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.

Payable in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

• After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process (uploading ID documents and selfies for each guest).
• Your data will be handled in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• Signing a short-term rental contract is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; we will provide a courtesy copy in English before your arrival.

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate waste bags and dispose of any remaining waste correctly before departure.
