The location is perfect .. centre of old town and 2 min walk to Marina. Decent hotel and good value for the money! Front of house staff not very engaging just ok. Breakfast could do with improving but the staff were helpful. Would return if only for location , decent room, comfy bed, and value for money.

The concierge was rude. She never smiled once and was very short with us. We are Canadian and obviously there’s a language barrier but we were always polite and smiled while trying to communicate. Also unfortunately the air conditioning units don’t even come close to keeping the rooms cool. Would never recommend.

This is a 5-star property for large families that want an inexpensive, clean place to stay. It’s like a visit to Grandmother’s house. I gave 4 stars because this is really more of a B&B vibe than a hotel. But, if I wanted my two children to stay in a room with me, this is the place.

Friendly. Great area with access to restaurants, nightlife and walkable to everything the city has to offer. It’s just off the noisier, bustling areas so you will get a good nights sleep but just a few minutes walk to all the cities amenities

The hotel was in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. But the hotel is very old with old decor, no safe box in the room. Tiny shower. The breakfast was also very very basic.

Rude staff, broken A/C, good location

The location is fantastic and the room clean but that’s the only positives I’m afraid. The air conditioning was broken, and in fact was stuck on hot setting so the room went up to 27 degrees. We asked if we could move rooms but they were full - they brought a fan to the room but it fell over several times and frankly made little difference. I asked even for some bottled water to cool down but the man at reception refused and was really rude, while drinking beer with friends in the hotel reception. There are NO amenities. No shower gel, no tea coffee facilities, not even glasses in the room for water. While the lady we checked out with gave us a small discount at the end to apologise, I couldn’t in good faith recommend anyone else stay here.

Good value for the location

Great location in Olbia . We were put in the “new” wing. No WiFi ! Room was clean but towel hangers were broken. Bathroom radiator did not work and bedside lamp was broken. Breakfast was simple , great coffee and a GREAT server. Free parking was a bonus.
