La Casa di Alice Exclusive Pool

An oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation in nature just a few minutes from the beaches and the most famous places on the Costa Smeralda.
The Exclusive Pool offers two structures within the same property 60m away from each other.
One structure can accommodate up to 6 people, while the other can accommodate up to 4 people.
Both structures have a parking area and an external veranda overlooking the hills.
The panoramic swimming pool for exclusive use is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees.

WARNINGS
The houses stand in a country plot where you can find bumpy, rocky areas, stone stairs, plants and irregular rocks. Maximum attention is required.

The greenery requires periodic maintenance so even noisy gardening equipment will be used.

Charlie and Dobby live on the property, two very good dogs, sweet and playful, they are used to living all over the property. The Villa is not suitable for those who do not like dogs. In any case, it will be our care to limit their disturbance as much as possible.

To maintain the tranquility of the place it is forbidden to make too much noise, to party.

It is strictly forbidden to bring strangers into the property who are not part of the booking.

Great house for an awesome stay in Sardinia!

We stayed at Luca’s and Francesca’s property for one week as a group of two families (myself, my wife and two children, plus my brother, his wife and their child). The property is perfect for a group like ours, given that there is one main house with three bedrooms and a bigger kitchen and living room, and another one with a bedroom, a great sofa bed, and a smaller kitchen (albeit fully equipped). The house is in great shape, and the owners clearly take great care of it (they live there during the winter time). It was very clean when we arrived. The swimming pool is amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owners was very easy — they are very approachable and responsive, and English works well if you need it. As a bonus, the two dogs were super friendly, played with our kids and loved to be petted. We had a great time and recommend the property to anyone looking for a good time in Sardinia!
