Spread over three levels and with a surface of 97 sqm, Villa Kora 4 can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms. The interiors are air-conditioned and equipped with heat pump heating, ensuring comfort in every season.

Ground floor : living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, utensils), dining area, and bathroom with shower.
First floor : double bedroom with balcony and sea view.
Dependance (lower ground floor) : independent external access, air-conditioned living room, second double bedroom, and bathroom.

Additional features include free Wi-Fi and two TVs for guest entertainment.

Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on actual usage and charged at the end of the stay.
Upon arrival, a security deposit is required, held on the guest's credit card (card must be physically present and in the name of the guest).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the bank).
In case of damages or breaches of the rules, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the deposit to cover costs.

Online Check-in and Contract

After booking, an online check-in is required (upload of IDs and selfies for all guests).
Data is handled in accordance with the GDPR regulation .
Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy English version will be provided.


Key Collection
Keys and contract signature take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia , just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting
A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the proper bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
