The property is developed in 2 floor: the ground one where is set the dependance and the laudry and the superior one with a big Patio and heartbreak view on the gulf , kitchen , 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms.The ancient built is completly renovated on 2021 and respect the original style and construction of community of Don Gelmini . Villa is set just 100 meters from La Pischera beach a small sandy beach very quiet . A big park surrounded tha entire house and is possible to get sunbath on the sunbeds , walk trough the mediterranean macchia or read some book. A big BBQ is set outside on the garden . On the first floor you wil find a big Patio with relax and dining area , precious by a beautiful view on 180 ° on the gulf . Insde a fully furnished kitchen and a Tv area is set and welcomes you in a modern appartment. Offer is complete by 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Pets are not allowed.
