Bien pero mejorable

El apartamento es amplio y lo dan bastante limpio. Está a 5 minutos de la playa andando en un barrio muy tranquilo. La urbanización muy cuidada y limpia, al igual que la piscina en la hay muy poca gente, muchas veces estás solo. Pero es verdad que con un poco de inversión mejoraría bastante, por ejemplo: faltaría un toldo o sombrilla en la terraza para no desayunar con sol por la mañana, el colchón de matrimonio se clavaban los muelles (por suerte nos quejamos y pusieron uno nuevo), los colchones pequeños están muy viejos también (deberían cambiarlos), el menaje de cocina es escaso y parte en mal estado (sartenes, cazuelas, ni un cuchillo que corte). Una pena también que no tenga aire acondicionado, ya que tiene pre-instalación. Por otro lado, te encuentras detalles buenos que no vienen en el anuncio: hay hamacas en la terraza, sillas para la playa, una pequeña sombrilla de playa, tostadora nueva y lavadora-secadora. Por lo tanto, hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy agradables pero con un poco de inversión serían de 10.

Alojamiento adecuado en playa Oliva

El apartamento esta muy bien, limpio, bien equipado y cuidado. Las instalaciones de la comunidad estan muy bien también. Negativo: tanto el sofá cono la cama de matrimonio son incomodisimos. Los muelles de la cama se notaban al tumbarte lo que ha dificultado un descanso apropiado.

Buen lugar, pero con falta de calidez

Estupendo en cuanto a ubicación, urbanización y dimension para 4 ocupantes. Viajamos mi familia de 4 y hemos estado muy amplios. Pero el apartamento está "espartano". Es funcional pero en algunas ocasiones no cumple está función básica: la mesa de terraza es demasiado pequeña para 4 personas, faltan luces de pie en el salon, menaje de cocina muy insuficiente y en mal estado. Se podría remediar con muy poca inversión y un poco de atención y cariño para que la estancia fuera del todo agradable.

Apartamento muy completo, todo a exterior, y todos los servicios necesarios, aunque se hecha en falta aire acondicionado. Exteriores de jardín y piscina muy verdes y cuidados. La playa bastante cerca. Perfecto para relajarse. El servicio de la agencia para el alquiler sin ningún problema aunque el punto de entrega de llaves está un poco lejos y las indicaciones para encontrar el acceso por el garaje inexistentes El olor a detergente al llegar un poco fuerte, sobre todo en la nevera, pero limpio

Lage super, Ausstattung befriedigend

Das gesamte Umfeld hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Anlage sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung groß, die Einrichtung läßt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Sehr spartanisch, ein kleines Sofa, 1 Tisch 6 Stühle, das war`s. Leider kein deutsches Fernsehen.(Wurde auch nicht angeboten). Kaffemaschine mußte erneuert werden. Kein Korkenzieher vorhanden. Einige Rollos sind nicht mehr richtig gängig.Im Duschbad sollten die Fugen erneuert werden. Noch eine Bemerkung zur Schlüsselabgabe: Die Mitarbeiterin ist sehr freundlich, die Anfahrt-Skizze zur Wohnung müßte überarbeitet werden, um etwas genauer zu sein. Meine Bewertung hört sich sicher etwas kleinlich an, trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, die genannten Dinge nur Kleinigkeiten, die leicht abzustellen wären.

Very good location, next to a lovely beach

The apartment is spacious with a nice terrace and garden-pool area next to a lovely beach. It´s a bit minimalist in terms of equipment, e.g. kitchen equipment could be updated and have a few more basics like a toaster, juicer, etc. A few more lamps around and a coffee table for the living room but everything worked fine: wifi, TV, etc. It´s a great location for a relaxing beach holiday with Denia nearby: well worth a visit.

Una locación muy buena al lado de una playa estupenda

Es un sitio perfecto para descansar y relajar al lado de una playa muy buena y limpia. Jardines, piscina y entorno muy bonito. El apartamento es espacioso pero se podría mejorar el equipamiento en la cocina: tostadora, exprimidor de zumos, cuchillos para cocinar etc y incluir unos muebles más en el salon y dormitorios: lamparas, una mesa auxiliar con el sofa en el salon para estar un poco más cómodo. Aparte de esto todo muy limpio. El wifi funciona bien. Es una zona muy recomendable porque tiene variedad de actividades para todos las edades y Denia está cerca...merece una visita.
