The first room I was in the toilet did not work. The second room I was in the shower door handle came off in my hand as I was closing it. My second room also did not have a television remote. Finally I woke up to pounding/hammering on Thanksgiving morning. There was no information about calling the front desk. I understand being under construction but this was a bite much.

Smell of sulfur throughout the building. The pool was closed and there was nothing on their website indicating that. It was a hot August weekend and that would have been a deciding factor on whether to stay at hotel.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The door key was not working, and staff had to keep opening doors for us. The hotel is under construction and there were buckets of dirty water and wires everywhere. Noisy construction. Non-working elevator and we were on 3rd floor. The staff was nice and tried to help. It would have been nice to inform us that the hotel was under remodel and going through new ownership. We would appreciate some type of compensation for this inconvenience....

Nowhere does it tell you while you’re booking that the entire building is under construction. You have to navigate over chunks and pieces of concrete just to get to the front door. Once you’re inside, you have to navigate hallways with chopped up flooring and swaths of carpet covering holes in the floor in which one of my high heels went into. The room was incredible because it was completely remodeled. However, because I do meetings virtually from the hotel the construction noise was very inconvenient. None of the amenities are open either. The price was fair however because of the noise I would’ve stayed somewhere else

The hotel is under construction, the employees did everything they could to make sure I was happy with the room. Great breakfast every morning. The hot tub was nice and hot and the pool was nice and warm.

Card machine broke . Put us in wrong room . Phones didn’t and then the elevator stopped working. Beds are very firm . Never apologize for any inconvenience. Oh and they had water leak in the lobby. I am sure all this will be fixed . It’s the idea no one offer to compensate or apologize especially the manager. It was almost like we where putting her out..
