This large king bed studio with a twin pullout ottoman, located in five star hotel condominium, the Resort at Squaw Creek is a true ski in ski out facility and well known to be one of the best winter and summer accommodation in Northern California.
from the door steps of the condo is the laundry room and access to the gym and the Jacuzzi. From outside the building it is literally few steps to The dedicated chairlift that will get you to the village at squaw Valley and the rest of the mountain. A large and beautifully Designed outdoor swimming pool is the attraction for the summer time. You can also enjoy a well-designed golf course located in the resort. You can conveniently find several restaurants, coffee shop, stores and ski rental and ski shop in the building vicinity. The resort’s luxurious lobby with its vast Fire place and music, creating an unmatched ambience that will be the place to have some relaxation time. Free shuttle service is available for a hassle free ride to the Village at Squaw valley and to Alpine Meadows resort. In winter you may continue your winter sport experience on the ice skating rink right out of the door.
Daily room services are not included in your rental fees but available through the Resort house keeping services for direct additional charges to the guest.

Great location.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and the host is very accommodating. The best part is that it’s walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was summer but I’m sure it’s amazing during the winter as it’s a ski in ski out location.

Convenient location and great amenities.

We have stayed at the Squaw Creek Resort several times both in winter and summer time, always enjoyed the location and the amenities. And the ski trip we just did was no different. Our host was very responsive and accommodative, his condo is clean and conveniently located in the building. We will definitely come back.

Owner is wonderful to work with, room was nice as described, however, missing cutlery, silverware and glasses. Very noisy hallway all hours of night with teenagers running up and down the hall, talking loudly.

great location but hidden fees

The location is sweet; true ski in and ski out, and the host very nice and responsive. But I was taxed twice, once by vrbo, and then again by the resort. I had to pay a daily $50 resort fee and $25/day to park my own car, neither of which were disclosed when I booked the place

Great place but hidden charges

We had a wonderful stay and the host is very helpful and responsive. However we were verydisappointed to learn that we had to pay a $50 per night resort fee on top of an already premium price. We would have liked to have known about this upfront to make a decision regarding the cost of the entire package before we booked.

Pet friendly Accommodations

It was nice to be able to take our small dog with such nice accommodations. Most places in the Tahoe area that allow pets are not places I would want to stay. My only complaint is that the room was located near the elevators and that was noisy. Other than that, the room was exactly what we needed.

Clean, Easy, Great Location

The vrbo is part of a hotel so you have all the amenities of the hotel to go with it. Room Service, pool, spa, fitness center, golf course, and tons of restaurants and shops right outside. The host made check in very easy with great communication with myself and the hotel reception desk.

Squaw Creek resort is an excellent location to stay. I’ve stayed there multiple times. The specific unit was very clean, well appointed, the communication from the host was excellent, the check-in was easy. I would strongly recommend this rental.

Ideal ski lodging location and setup

Terrific location - top marks for Palisades access and Alpine, Truckee and Tahoe City proximity. Outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, deck and fire pits - beautifully showcase a stunning view. Wonderful bike, walking trail. Armen is helpful, available and a pleasure.

Great location - ski in/out

Really a great studio for my husband and I, plus our teenage son and small dogs. Bed comfortable, Nest products for showering, keurig for quick cup of coffee AND plenty of plugs for devices. Spent much of time enjoying outdoors and squaw, and slept soundly at night. Close to elevators and doors leading to outside. Beautiful valley view from inside room. Highly recommend!
