Everything was great from the start of our in room check in. Excellent service from all the staff with special mention to Ochia. Complimentary car park, 6 star half board menu. Both breakfast and dinner were so sumptuous and exquisitely planned! The onsen facilities were fantastic too. My family enjoyed our 2 nights of relax stay enroute to our alpine route. Hoshino hospitality is out of this world! Will defintely stay at Hoshino when we travel to Japan again.

This resorts exceeded my expectations in every way. Exceptional staff & service was all times thoughtful.The breakfast & dinner are wonderful, the food presentation is just amazing & delicious. Gorgeous resorts I ever stay.
