Construction is ongoing in the area. This will not prevent access to the Skyline A Frame or its amenities. Please be aware there may be construction noise during business hours.

As you drive to the property, it is set on top of a small hill over looking Table Rock Lake. It is framed in what seems like endless cascading hills, layered soft clouds, chirping birds to create the most perfect picturesque views. Once you park your car, The black Skyline A Frame with cedar accent grab your attention with all its clean lines and architectural details. The wrap around deck invites you to lounge and explore with the many amenities that await you. It begins with a fire pit in the front to tell the many stories of adventures you will have. As you make your way around the deck, you are greeted with a luxurious hot tub with views of the lake. Next to it is a shipping container swimming pool to take a dip or just lounge around. Towards the back is a perfect set of Adirondack chairs and seating area to enjoy sunsets and conversations.

As you enter the front door, you are welcomed with an entry bench to kick off your shoes and worries at the door. Hang your hat and your jacket and get ready for some relaxation. First, you have a small bedroom to your left with an inviting daybed and full bathroom. Back in the main hall way is the galley kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances with everything you may need to prepare any meal. There is also a Nespresso coffee maker and french press to make those mornings extra special. When you pass through the kitchen, it opens up to the most magnificent wall of custom windows that frames the home. It instantly draws your attention to the views outside. The twenty-foot ceilings make it feel grand and let in the most amazing natural light. In the open living and dining space, you will find a white tulip dining table right next to a retro-style orange fireplace. There is a leather queen pull out sofa for extra guests, a pair of perfectly green lounge chairs, and a Samsung Frame TV. There is even a telescope to enjoy the dark night sky on the deck!

There are stairs up to the loft suite so you can have an even better angle of the amazing view. You can hang out on the suspended egg chair while listening to locally curated vinyl records. Beyond the green velvet curtains is the bedroom with queen-sized bed and bathroom with a custom green tiled shower.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Branson, Big Cedar and Arkansas area. As you already know, we offer a free parking spot.

Having offline Maps (process mentioned in the `Other Things to Note` category) will quickly drive around the area without getting lost.

Things to note:
1. There is 1 camera outside the front door, pointed out for your safety
2. A signed rental agreement and $250 refundable security deposit is required before your stay.
3. Stairs to the loft is steep! There are handrails for your safety.
4. We do routine pest control, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs
5. Outdoor Pool is seasonal. Heating in winter months may have additional cost. Message us for availability.
6. We have a swimming pool and Hot tub Maintenance Tech that comes every Friday sometime between 10AM to 4PM. If you are already checked in, you may see him knock on the door and have access to the tub on the deck.
7. May not be suitable for children under 12 due to steep stairs and pool
8. There is no door for loft suite, only privacy curtains
9. There are no blinds or curtains on the windows to enjoy the amazing views. We did apply reflective tint on the bump out but it is not fully private. We provided the privacy curtains in the loft.
10. Please throw the trash down the street it is 600 feet from the cabin. See photos for location. Coordinates: 36°29`04.4`N 93°17`17.3`W.
11. Please note there`s an extra charge of $35 per day for POOL HEAT if you prefer it to be heated during your stay. It must be requested at least 2 days prior to check in.

Pool Heating: Seasonally, we offer pool heating to 82° for $35 per night of your stay. The pool does not reach spa temperatures. The heat pump can warm the pool to about a maximum of 20° above ambient temperatures, which means that we are only able to offer this add-on service when daytime temperatures are above 60 degrees. We are unable to offer pool heating for only a portion of your stay. You will need to decide whether you would like this extra service prior to your visit so that the heater has time to warm the pool. A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you a reminder so you can decide based on the latest forecast. If you have any questions, please reach out before booking and I’ll be happy to provide more details.
