Hotels.com had the name wrong so it took a half hour to check in when I got Checked in I couldn’t use the wifi because I couldn’t log in because the name wasn’t registered in the database. When I went to shower there was no soap in the dispenser. I pry wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly.

Room was decent. Not as immaculate as it used to be, starting to show wear Jaiden at the front desk was not friendly. Gave us only 1 key. No instructions on amenities. Took 15 minutes to check in. Great location. Valet service worker was extremely fast & friendly.

The room was great, nice and clean. Stayed there for a concert so don’t spend much time in the room. The bar didn’t have much of a selection of NA drinks so I would suggest expanding their selection.

The toilet seemed to have not been cleaned thoroughly, but other than that, the room was clean. We did have an issue with a water leak and the toilet running, but the leak seemed to have been repaired when requested. The toilet did still run some though, but it wasn't a big issue.
