Excellent breakfast options and fresh brewed coffee. Hotel was decent condition / cleanliness. Pull out mattress had a stain, bathroom wall had water damage but otherwise was fine. Loved that we could stream to the TV. Pool was smaller side but clean and well kept. Could easily hear guests in other rooms so glad we had a fan to sleep with. Also the two smoke detectors in the room blinked all night so that was annoying. Parking was close and we felt safe. Near several shopping and eating locations which was great.

The hotel staff and cleanliness for the hotel was excellent. Overall star was great. My only complaint would how uncomfortable the bed was, it was extremely hard for a holiday inn bed from my experience. Staying inn another Holiday inn express tonight with the bed comfortable bed that i have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Carpet was coming up in the room, there was a slight odor in the room. I am gluten/dairy free so even though there was a good selection for breakfast options, they had very little for gluten/dairy free. The room appeared very clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay again but make sure I brought my own gluten free food for breakfast.

We stopped here on our way to Colorado. It was our first time in Omaha. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. Great selection for breakfast! There is a lot of options of things to do/places to eat in the area. The kids enjoyed the pool after being in the car for a stretch of time! We would definitely stay here again!
