The Space,
Recently renovated from top to bottom! Everything is new, including flooring, appliances, furnishings and decor throughout, adorned in a Nebraska theme.

Designed in the Scandinavian spirit of Hygge (or coziness), pronounced hoo-ga, this unique one and 1/2 story has everything needed to be your home away from home. "Nebraska/Omaha" themes throughout, from Nebraska "farmhouse" to College World Series. Includes all of the necessities for traveling light and living away from home: bedding, towels, pots, pans, dishes, pantry staples, paper products, soaps, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry supplies, etc. The kitchen is stocked with waters, a coffee bar (k cups, tea, creamer) and pantry staples for your use!

Only a couple steps to access the main floor from front entry, garage or patio. Main floor living area is open concept, with soaring 2-story cathedral ceiling. Master bedroom is on the main level, with a walk-in closet and bathroom, allowing for privacy from the other bedrooms. 2 more bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared bathroom in between.

Fully furnished lower level game room with TV, air hockey table, game table and laundry room, decked in a College World Series theme, featuring our first guest (a CWS star!) 2-car garage for guest parking and use of garage remote.

Private backyard is backed by wooded area and walking trails that lead to the neighborhood park. Patio furniture and Weber gas grill are provided.

Reliable WiFi, 5 Tvs on property and Youtube TV.

Immaculately maintained smoke-free, pet-free property! We take pride in keeping the house meticulously maintained, clean and fresh for our guests.

Comfortably accommodates 4 guests in 4 beds, with a 6 guest maximum. Pack and play available for infants. Pricing is based on 4 guests and an additional fee/night is charged for extra guests beyond 4 to cover extra laundry and utilities Guest limit is strictly enforced.

Fun family baseball trip

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 7! The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed to cook and prepare for our Baseball tournament and CWS games. This house has good luck- my son’s team took first place. Would love to come back again!

Perfect Family Time

Fantastic Thanksgiving 2024 stay

This home could not have been a better VRBO find! From entering the home to exiting it was all so easy and comfortable. The location is great as it is close to the interstate, shopping and easy to get to restaurants. The hosts of the house are very helpful and accommodating to anything we needed and left lovely touches throughout the home. The house is filled with everything anyone could want and the beds certainly gave us a good nights rest. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area. We will be back!

Great Family Reunion!

We arrived to a beautiful, welcoming home. The hospitality and communication were excellent. We were in town for the Slumpbuster tournament and this location was the perfect location for the many baseball fields we traveled to around Omaha. One of the Best

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in this beautiful VRBO in Omaha, Nebraska. It was centrally located to all the places that we wanted to visit (SAC Museum in Ashland, NE; The Henry Doorly Zoo; The Laurenziten Gardens; The Old Market Area; and the Joslyn Castle. It was also very convenient to places to eat: The Drover, Shirley's Diner, Don & Millie's Restaurant, and (our favorite) the Talus. The home is one of the best VRBO's that we have every stayed at. Theresa and Mike are 5 star hosts that go above and beyond what is expected. If you don't stay here when you go to Omaha, you have missed the best !!!

Very clean, convenient location, quiet neighborhood perfect for our family! Beautiful backyard to grill out on a summer night. We also enjoyed the walking path in the back that lead to a playground. We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for our baseball tournament!

We went to Omaha for a world series baseball tournament and were looking for a place that could comfortably fit our family of four plus my parents. The house was clean and comfortable. We thought the welcoming package of wine and cookies was a nice touch by the owners. It was also nice having access to the speed queens in the basement as we were washing baseball uniforms often. My kids also thoroughly enjoyed the air hockey table. The backyard was amazing and the location was perfect for traveling back and forth to various baseball fields. The beds were very comfortable, which we do not usually find to be the case. If anything negative could be said, it would be that the upstairs was not nearly as cool as the downstairs. Adjusting the temperature downstairs did not seem to make much of a difference upstairs. My wife also commented that the Bath and Body Works soap in the bathroom did not seem to be authentic (even though it was a Bath and Body Works bottle). However, this was made up by the fact that the owners stocked the house with premium toilet and tissue paper. We were also pleasantly surprised by the access to the trail behind the house, which my parents took advantage of on cool mornings more than once. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

New bar for awesomeness in VRBOs

We were in town visiting family and for our boys to attend the Creighton basketball camp. We felt welcomed and comfortable in this lovely home. The playground with basketball court close by was a blast for the little ones. The home amenities are outstanding. This stay has set a new bar for awesomeness in VRBOs for us.

Wonderful

I've stayed at many nice properties, but this was the best experience yet. The home is spotless! Everything appears to be very new. We were impressed by all of the little touches that made this home special. For example, the bedroom walk in closet had lighting that turned on as you entered and off when you left. Many staples were provided, like coffee and bottles of water. I had questions a few times before and during the stay and our host always responded promptly. Highly recommend.

Great place! Tremendous hosts! Close to major interstates and within 15 min of lots of attractions. Really nice playground and walking paths nearby. Comfy beds and quiet/private backyard. We are very satisfied and would recommend!

Beautiful Home with a View

This home was the perfect rental for a week long visit with family for a celebration of life of a loved one. We were able to have family over since we had the room to entertain whereas they have many pets at home. The basement was great and many enjoyed the air hockey table. We also loved hanging out in the living area and back patio. The home is close to so many amenities too. We had the opportunity as well to do lots of sightseeing. My mother in law loved being back in her hometown and was impressed with all the improvements for increased tourism. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the next year.
