Pictures were a bit deceiving. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The town of Ontario and the area surrounding the hotel was very sketchy. A lot of homeless. The room wasn’t terrible but the A/C had exposed wires, which was very unsafe for my crawling 11 month old.

Close to freeways and quiet. Nice area for dogs to walk with walkout access from the room. Enjoyed the pool. Photo of the hot springs is misleading as it’s not anywhere near the property.

Such a conveniently located hotel - close to I-84 without having to hear the traffic, near Walmart & Waremart (groceries, etc.), and connected to Country Kitchen. The pool is centrally located so quiet - and a great space to sunbathe during the hot summers here!

Everything was good until 9 pm. Dog barking next door and noisy neighbors. You could see out in the hallway when the door was shut. You could hear everything out in the hall. Heard people walking and talking all through the night.
