The living and dining area is thoughtfully appointed with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 220 cm in length, offering additional sleeping flexibility. This welcoming space opens directly onto a private balcony of 8 m2, furnished with balcony furniture and offering beautiful views of both the sea and the town.

The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing comfortable accommodation for 2 guests. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private en-suite shower and WC, ensuring a sense of privacy and comfort.
