For a complete wellness experience, there is an outdoor jacuzzi and an exclusive spa area with a Finnish and infrared sauna – located beneath a carefully designed ceiling with realistic green decor and a sea view. The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own elegant en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and most offer direct sea views, making each morning truly unforgettable. Guests have access to the entire house. The house is bordered by agricultural woodland on the north and east sides. On the west side, there is another similar villa, ensuring sophisticated neighbors, separated by large walls and lush greenery. The south side reveals the villa’s elevated position, ensuring privacy and magnificent sea views. The villa is located in one of Opatija’s most charming and peaceful areas – Šetalište Carmen Sylve.
