Only let down by a strong musty smell on entering the room either due to unwashed contractors occupying the room prior or wet carpet? Otherwise a beautiful holiday park.

Comfortable hotel on beach
Hotel staff friendly and helpful with information about local activities. Located on beach, which is fantastic for morning walk. Hike up hill for panoramas of area. Bring own food, or drive 10k to Opotiki Should have inside mat by door to keep dirt and wet from spreading around.
