Peace and tranquility.
The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja.

It was a lovely stay. Nice walks over the bike lanes and walking paths. Beautiful villages around, on the top of the hills. Very friendly people and high quality food.

First visit to Croatia
During our first visit to Croatia we had the privilege to stay in the beautiful Villa Maria. The villa has a lot of characteristic features with all the commodities of a modern villa. The host responds very quick to questions and is very kind. The pool is amazing as well as the views. It is the perfect place for relaxing.

Beautiful Istrian Villa with nice pool and super friendly hosts
If you want to spend your holiday in a beautiful villa with pool but minimum trouble around you - this is the place to go to! We spent about a week in Villa Maria in June 2023. We travelled there as a couple and brought our two dogs with us. It was a wonderful week in Istria, we loved the Villa and especially the pool and we appreciated the location, which was even calmer than we expected it to be. The hosts were very friendly and helped us with any question we had - no matter the time of the day. Moreover, it was very easy to discover Istria when staying at this location. There are several stunning beaches that can be reached in less than 40 minutes and trips to Slovenian beaches are also possible in less than one hour. All in all we enjoyed our holiday in Villa Maria and if we had the opportunity, we would stay here again at any time. The only thing one should respect: this place is quite remote and you need to drive for a while (15 minutes minimum) when you need groceries etc. from a shop. But that was exactly what we were looking for to es ape the everyday life :-)

Sehr schönes Haus, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Alles gepflegt und auch mit Hund alles gut machbar. In der Gegend ( 1,5km ) gibt es zwei schöne lokale Restaurants mit tollen Ausblick und solider einheimischer Küche.

Tolle Zeit in ruhiger, schöner Natur mit tollem Haus.
Hallo, wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Maria sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief super, freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist sogar an soviele Kleinigkeiten (Kerzen, Mückenspray, ...) gedacht worden, so haben wir immer alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben - echt super ! Wie viele schon beschrieben haben, muss man wissen, dass das Haus wirklich abseits liegt, also in der Früh mal schnell Brötchen holen geht nicht. Dafür bekommt man Natur pur, schöne Ausblicke, Ruhe und nette, bodenständige Gastronomie auf den Bauernhöfen in der Nähe. Ans Meer ist es mit dem Auto ca. 1 Stunde. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Mountainbiking und schönen Spaziergängen mit dem Hund ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Wer absolute Erholung sucht findet hier ein Paradies! Die etwas längeren Autofahrten zur Küste sind für das, was man hier an Idylle & Ruhe hat, völlig in Ordnung. Absolute Empfehlung 👍🏼

Mooi vakantie villa op een rustige locatie.
De villa is heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Op de warme dagen is het terras en het zwembad erg fijn. De villa ligt op een rustige locatie. Je kunt zo vanuit de villa wandelen in de natuur. Er zijn een aantal hele goede agriturismo's in de buurt om te eten (5mn rijden) een grote supermarkt is iets verder weg +/-25mn in Buzet. Wij hebben er genoten van de rust.

Wundervoller Urlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Maria, das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist spitze und die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, was uns sehr gefiel. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
