On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Extremely pleased with our stay. Floorplan was ideal, with King in the main and 2 doubles in the guest bedroom. Only concern was the Phoenix complex itself. WIFI was down for all 4 Phoenix buildings the first day and one elevator, or 2, was down the whole stay. Other than that, the stay was great. Everything functioned well in the condo and security was always present on site.
Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The beach is beautiful and we were close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped- even a crockpot, but no spices provided, not even salt/pepper. Elevators were prompt. Front desk provided shuffleboard and Pickleball equipment and a football to toss on the beach at no charge.
We spent very little time in the condo, however the Phoenix iii was a great building! We loved the easy access to the beach and the pool.
I had brought many of my own things for laundry and thank goodness dishwasher soap, but there was literally NOTHING here but a a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and a roll of paper towel with an extra garbage bag. I am not accustom to there not being coffee filters or even a coffee packet to get you started. It felt like a weird cross between a condo and a hotel with the way the towels were limited as well.
I wish there had been a later check out time. 10 am is early.
