This community offers access to tennis and basketball courts and has several beautiful lakes which make for a peaceful morning or afternoon stroll. Additionally, you will be in short walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and beach shops.

The townhome has an open layout allowing the whole family to spend time together on the main floor. The kitchen, which has been fully renovated to include quartz countertops and brand-new appliances, is fully stocked with all the essentials needed for meal preparation. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and an abundant supply of coffee k-cups for the coffee lover in the family. Overlooking the dining room, the kitchen also has a bar area with seating for three. This vacation rental offers 1 parking space immediately in front of the property. There are several other communal areas for parking if you have more than 1 vehicle, but it is advised to not bring more than 2 vehicles due to space limitations within the community. All tv’s in this townhome (living room and two bedrooms) are smart tv’s allowing you to access to Netflix, Hulu, etc for those lazy beach days. Lastly, there is a gas grill in the backyard for those days you want to stay in and cookout.
