The beach just got better! This newly renovated 1341 square foot 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo has sweeping views of the Gulf and offers a luxurious setting for 6. Elegant dĂ©cor and all new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops is just the beginning of your beach vacation. Each bedroom boasts its own King size bed, ample closet space, flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room offers a queen size sofa sleeper and cozy recliners and is equipped with a large 55” flat screen TV, Blue-Ray player and premium sound system. Complimentary Netflix service is also provided. Bringing your laptop or filling out a post-card from Orange Beach? Set-up your work space on the brilliantly carved wood desk already set-up with a high-speed DSL modem for you.


Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include comfortably carpeted bedrooms, 9 foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling and tiled floors in the living and dining room, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

The view of the ocean from this condo is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was very clean, beautifully furnished, and it smelled amazing. We felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. We would love to stay in this condo again on our next visit to Orange Beach.

Perfect Property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, not just the individual condo, but the facility overall. I appreciated how secure everything was with the entry/exit key fobs to the beach and the keypads for the door. The condo itself may have been the cleanest I have stayed in. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and the ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge were fresh. The workout room was very well equipped and having multiple pools to choose from was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at this condo for spring break! The condo was spacious and clean. The building’s amenities were awesome. The quick walk to the beach was great! The view was amazing from the balcony. The pools and hot tubs were key for the chilly days. The parking was easy. Security was great. One elevator broke a few times while we were there but we just took the stairs since it was only the 3rd floor. We will be back!

Condo was decorated nice but needed some attention. Building itself was very dark at night

Condo definitely needed a new toaster, alot of the switches did not work throughout condo, lights in kitchen were half working, the hall bathroom definitely needed some work especially the black molded area behind the toilet. Overall it is nice
