This 3rd floor unit is available for January and February 2025 and is hosted by Coastal Properties in Orange Beach Al. It features a nice sofa sleeper and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the extra half bath is a great added feature. The direct gulf front balcony is located right off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Everything was wonderful, except our room could use some deep cleaning. The sofa was dirty and smelled. I put sheets over it to set on it. The bedroom had a musty odor. I sprayed with Lysol which helped to make it better. Also the sheets were clean but the bedspread needed cleaning. We didn’t use it.

The bed had a plastic mattress pad on it and EVERY TIME you moved in the bed the fitted sheet would come off. We were up many many times in the middle of the night having to fix the sheets. It was very annoying

After Murray with Coastal Properties helped us check in, all went seamlessly. Sunswept is my favorite spot in Orange Beach! Easy access to the beach. Very convenient location. Good places to eat close by. The live music at Wolf Bay was fun! Plans are being made already for my next visit.
