This spacious 4th floor unit is nicely decorated and provides all of the amenities needed for a wonderful beach vacation. There are 3 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. You will enjoy the beach side master bedroom as well as the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Very nice, clean, and cozy! We loved sitting on the balcony and spending time with our family. Front desk staff was very helpful and easy to get in touch with during our entire stay. We will definitely be back.

Perfect! With only one exception

Loved everything about this condo with the exception of no shower (only jetted tub) in the master. This may have been an oversight on my part when I was looking at the listing, but nonetheless we had a wonderful time and the location could not have been more perfect. We also got to check in early which was great!

Beach getaway

Pros- absolutely stunning view directly in the beach. Condo is spacious and very conveniently located- groceries across the street and everything within walking distance. Price was fair with the exception of all the fees. Cost of fees is ridiculous. Condo is fairly equipped. Cons- none really Suggestions! Needs a hair dryer. The sliding glass door needs a handle. The floors look clean but at the end of the day my feet were embarrassingly black from dirt. The colors could be more coastal and brighter in the common area (LR and kitchen) I would definitely stay there again.

Location, pool/beach ideal, great patio area, the mattresses were new and comfortable...but that was it. Grungy, old , outdated unit that very inexpensive fixes would easily give the unit a fresh feel. Old outdated furniture, filthy throw pillows and furniture cushions and moldy/rusty shower curtains, poorly accessorized kitchen were quite the turn off.

Great mardi gra location

Location perfect, easy late check in, quiet, and beautiful view from the living area and balcony. Great place for teens to walk the beach and walk across the road for shopping and eating. Beds were wonderful. Extremely comfortable. The only complaint is the jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work or I never could figure out how it use it. The dish (Wally) didn’t work and I had to call the cable company and wait for them to come out to fix it. Overall wonderful stay. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Great area. Not so great condo.

My two teens and my elderly parents stayed in Sunswept #408. We were going to let my parents have the master bedroom and master bath. The ad failed to mention that the bathtub and commode were elevated by about a foot. This made it very difficult for them as they are 75 and 78 years old. They ended up sharing our bathroom. The handle on the sliding door leading out to the balcony was broken and made it hard to open and close the door. I called the office to let them know immediately. It never did get repaired during our stay. One bathroom was very outdated. The shower curtain liner was filthy. I had to go buy one myself. I did let the office know this and they gave me my money back for the curtain. If you plan on going to get groceries at the Wal-Mart across the street when arriving on a Saturday, DON'T! We were in line for literally two hours. There were three self checkouts and one cashier available. It was horrible. The beach was a little too rough for my liking so I spent most of my time at the pool which was plenty big enough. Overall, it's a good complex and a great area.

The property is in overall good shape. Most definitely needs some updates/TLC, but it serves it’s purpose and is a very nice overall experience. Needs shower head in master bath for sure, otherwise there is sharing of one of the baths.

Great condo!

Other than a storm passing through, the condo was perfect. Like stated before, there is not a shower in one of the bathrooms, it’s just a tub, and we were totally fine with that. There are 2 other showers in the condo. We had a great time.

No shower in master bath

Disappointed there wasn’t a shower in master bath and that the toilet and tub were on elevated platform. The mirror frame was coming unglued from the mirror in master bath as well. Tv in front bedroom didn’t work. Then there was the hurricane (which of course wasn’t the owner or property managers fault) so we had to leave mid-day on Wednesday. I will say the windows on our unit withstood the winds of the hurricane. The building next to us did not fair as well.

Fairly nice

Could use a lot of updates. Beds were very comfortable, balcony great! Very slim on supplies be prepared. Master bath really needs a shower! Over all very good vacation but I would say unit needs some work! Ocean view was fantastic and pool was very nice.
