Styled Coastal Escape with Gulf Views Phoenix VI 6513
This comfortable three bedroom unit, with sleeping for ten, mirrors the breathtaking blues of the gulf waters and the natural hues of the white sand earth tones of the area. Lighthouses guide you down the entry hall to the spacious master bedroom which has a direct view of the gulf, a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a matching dresser and night stands in distressed golden. An entertainment center in golden oak houses a large, flat-screen television, DVD player and stereo system. The art work in this room depicts a fleet of shrimp boats at sunset and the teal bedspread compliments the colors of the paintings. An adjoining master bath with a jetted tub and an adjoining walk-in closet add to the luxury. The living area, with a magnificent view of the surrounding gulf waters, contains a sleeper sofa and a love seat in blue suede with a coordinating rattan recliner covered in gold with a fish pattern. For entertainment, a 55-inch flat-screen television and BluRay DVD rest on a warm brown console. An accent table with a shell motif, and end tables and a coffee table in wrought iron complete this area. Adjoining the living area is the dining area with a glass and wrought iron table with six chairs, a bar with two matching bar stools and a kitchen equipped with everything needed for a family of ten. At the other end of the unit are two comfortable bedrooms with furniture that repeats the distressed golden oak wood found in the master bedroom. The plush queen room is done in brown, teal and gold with a lighthouse theme and a 32-inch wall-mounted flat screen television. Across the hall, two friendly seahorses above the beds invite you to share two comfy full-sized beds dressed in evening sky blue, taupe and white and a large flat-screen television with a DVD player. These guest rooms share a bath done in taupe and white. Overall, this unit reflects the beauty and tranquility of its paradise vacation location and has as a bonus, a private parking space in the basement. The balcony offers spectacular views, a lounge for sunning and a table with seating for four.

It was clean. The kitchen had adequate cookware, but was lacking in utensils, glasses and cups. The disposal was not working, but called and someone came quickly to fix. The kitchen/dining/living area was spacious, but two of the bedrooms were very small. The view of the gulf was unhampered and wonderful.
Condo was advertised on VRBO as including reserved parking. We did not get reserved parking. Would like to be reimbursed for the $110 that I had to pay in parking that I thought was included based upon the ad.
Overall, everything was good. The patio furniture probably needs to be updated. And maintenance calls from the previous occupants should be handled before the next renter comes in. We had 2 maintenance calls that came in that we were not expecting because we did not initiate.
We love orange beach and had a great time; we did not come here for the condo but for the beach and area; but it could have been a little cleaner and updated.
Please take care of the parking issue and refund me the $110 cost that was advertised as included. Thanks.
This is a great condo located beach side on the 5th floor that sleeps 10. Nice view of the ocean. Due to the dunes It was a longer walk to the water than some condos. Just try to take all that you need to the beach unless you like extra walking back and forth. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had enough to make do but no salt/pepper/seasonings/dishwashing liquid or keurig if your looking for that. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a little remodeling. There was a knob or two falling off. I felt like overall the condo was clean. There is a washer/dryer and iron. The washing machine cleans the clothes but gets so loud that it sounds like It is going to blow up about 3 different times throughout the cycle. There were only 6 bath towels provided so you may need to request more if you have more that 6 people in your party. They only provide 2 room keys so that can be challenging sharing the keys between 8-10 people. A key pad would be very helpful. They only give 2 parking passes so you need to squeeze everyone and all your stuff into 2 vehicles. We were fortunate enough to purchase an extra parking pass but the manager walked up right after and told the staff do not sell any extra parking passes. The parking lot was definitely full so you may have to park a little far away at times. The fitness room was okay but not a lot to offer. Free weights/dumbbells would be a good addition. The cons of the property to me seem minor. We had a great time and would stay here again.
