Stunning views of the gulf and pass from the 9th floor, two bedrooms with King beds, third bedroom sleeps 4 with queen and trundle bed. Perfect for two families.

We have been at it for three years now, Master bath was remodeled a year ago and now guest bath has been remodeled, so place is looking even better,

Our unit is comfortably decorated with new furnishings throughout. We have flat screen Smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms with DVDs accompanying each. Living Room TV has bluetooth soundar attached also.

The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is stocked with all the conveniences of home. We have done our very best to provide everything you could want or need to prepare your favorite meal, frozen drink and coffee.

There is a full size upgraded washer and dryer for your convenience.
Phoenix VII complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, several indoor hot tubs, sauna, well-equipped exercise facility, outdoor grills, game room, tennis/basketball courts and racquetball courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for daily or weekly rentals from March through October.

There is a parking fee of $55 per vehicle per stay with a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Condo is conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores, Gulf State Park and more. Lousiana Lagniappe, Gulf Shores Steamer along with other restaurants in San Roc Cay Marina are within walking distance as is The Gulf, The Shrimp Basket and Sweet Cone Alabama.

The host was one of the easiest we have ever worked with. We appreciate him being proactive in communication. The condo is perfectly located near the jetties, restaurants, and shopping. Amazing condo at Orange Beach

We booked a stay here and we couldn't be any happier. This condo is beautiful, updated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The balcony is a nice size and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The view from the 9th floor is amazing. The property owners communicated with everything needed for our stay. The property was clean and spacious. The owners went above and beyond with the quick responses to questions. Pools were nice, kept clean. Beach front was kept clean. Check in was confusing, figuring out room number, front desk dismissive. Front gate guy was great.We had a great time, couldn’t have asked for more at this location.

Family Fun

Our son his wife and family 2 granddaughters 5/7 enjoyed the condo. Best vacation they said they had. LOVED the view, pool and beach. They really liked their own beds! Dale was wonderful in every way, always communicating with us and making sure we were ok. Absolutely loved Orange beach, thank you for allowing us to use your condo. Hope to return some day soon.

Overall great property, the decor is great and makes you feel like you are on vacation. The location is even better, great beach access and easily walkable dining options. The one downside was no included shampoo or body soap. I’m not sure if it was in the listing to bring your own.

Fantastic trip

Can’t say enough great things about this property. First, communication with host is outstanding. They went above and beyond in answering questions, checking in to make sure visit was going well, etc.The condo is also fantastic. So much room and all so nicely decorated (and clean). Both bathrooms are updated and beautiful. The living room was so spacious and we enjoyed the games they had onsite during our rainy days. You can’t ask for a better view (with comfortable furniture to boot). The kitchen had everything we could even think of. In addition, the amenities within the property were definitely used and appreciated. I think we used them all - indoor/outdoor pools, racquetball, workout room, beach, etc.We would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your little beach treasure with us.

Great condo

Beautifully decorated with space for everyone to have privacy or be together. Thankful for the intentional seating: room for 6 at tables and enough living room spots to hang out and play games together. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice wide balcony with seating for all and a great unobstructed view of the water. Saw dolphins one morning We cook most meals at the condo and it was well equipped: pots, plans, crockpot, blender, waffle maker and more.
