Located DIRECTLY on the Beach and OVERLOOKS the beautiful white sand beaches and serenity of the Gulf Of Mexico.

CLEAN!! 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo sleeps 8 people.

Welcome to Unit D1104 at the Turquoise Place. Turquoise Place is located directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf Of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. This property is a premier resort offering first class amenities and is the most luxurious condominium on the the coast. Our 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo is located on the 11the floor in building D (which is the building with the lazy river) and has over 2300 square feet of living space.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds. All bedrooms have large smart tv's.

The private 400 square foot balcony features an outdoor grill with sink and hot tub which allows for you to cook and relax with the unobstructed views of the pristine Gulf Of Mexico. The balcony is accessible from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom.

The kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolfe Kitchen appliances...I call it the Dream kitchen and it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up some fresh fish. We have flat screen Tv's in every Bedroom as well as the Master Bath. The wet bar features a wine cooler as well as an ice maker. The laundry room is spacious with a front loading washer and dryer as well as a sink.

In the living room you will have a glass fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch and a 65" Smart TV above. If you can picture yourself enjoying these amenities along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico then we would love for you to choose our home away from home. Email us with any questions you may have:)

Host was amazing! Very prompt with communication! This condo is stunning and HUGE!!!! Great location. This sounds silly but the assigned parking spot is in the best location possible, right across from the elevators to go up. We loved it here! I hope this place is kept up and stays available for people to enjoy for a long time:)

We had a fabulous time! We had 6 adults and 2 young children. We all had plenty of space to spread out. The grill and hot tub on the patio are super convenient. The fridge has plenty of space. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay, but Jason replied within minutes to begin addressing the issues. Everything got ironed out, no problem! Would definitely stay here again for our annual visit to Orange Beach!

Beautiful condo and amenities

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The jellyfish were bad all week so we really enjoyed the pools, slide and hot tub on the balcony. The location is prime and the grill and the hot tub on the balcony was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

Amazing Balcony

Everything was great for a birthday weekend!!! Having a designated parking space (right across from the elevator but hard to read the numbers) is a huge plus. The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. We had several issues with neighbors smoking pot and security was contacted. The master bed was comfortable. We did have an issue with the master bath outlets not working and had to call for assistance. They walked us through resetting the GFI receptacle (which is behind the master bath TV) and all was good. Communication was great with all parties. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place

Jason, the owner was Awesome! Beautiful place, amazing amenities, and spectacular view! Only part that was frustrating was their Front Office, will not let you hang on the beach until the rooms are ready. Jason let me know that they are strict about early check-in, but I missed the email. The public beach is less than a quarter mile down the street, so it all worked out. We will definitely be staying there again.
