CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Nice condo, great location with an excellent view of the beach and gulf. Beds were comfortable, dishwasher, washer/dryer worked great and the water pressure in the shower was very strong. We appreciated the two parking passes that came with the unit. I’d suggest revamping some of the cookware in the kitchen.

Beautiful

We loved our stay in Orange Beach. This condo has a huge deck overlooking the ocean. The deck furniture was different than shown in the pictures but ample seating for our family. They supplied plenty of towels for our week stay. The pans in the kitchen were pretty scratched up (maybe switch to stainless steel) so we were glad we had brought one of our own. But overall the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Our stay was wonderful and we’d definitely come back!

Perfect Family Vac

Loved this condo. Beautifully decorated. Loved the deck that was big enough for our family of seven to eat on. Little short on fry pans and silverware but I think if I asked them they would have given it to me. They took excellent care of us and answered all my questions. Gave me anything extra I needed. Loved that it had a crockpot for meals while you sat on the beach. Checkout and in was a breeze. My family loved it so much and we plan on coming back😊

Great location & accommodations, inaccurate listing

We loved our stay. While we have stayed in condos and houses in the area every summer for many years, this condo is among the best. Great size, beach wasn't too crowded even with the July 4 influx of people, both indoor and outdoor pools were excellent, the walk to the beach was easy, and the elevators were surprisingly fast. There were two inaccuracies in the condo listing from reality: first, the sofa has been replaced and is no longer a pull-out sofa. Rather, there's a queen sized blow up mattress stored in the master closet. This was ok for our kids but may not work for other arrangements. Second, the patio furniture is not what's in the photo and has been replaced with a large table and chairs, a bench swing, and a lounge. Ample seating, just not what we expected. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again. My only other complaint was that some other guests were being loud and obnoxious on their balcony and poolside - we could still hear them even though the condo is pretty well insulated, so definitely pack a white noise machine if you or your kiddos plan to be in bed early.

The property was very clean and organized.....nothing negative to say about it. Comfortable beds, linens, well stocked kitchen and a good balcony. My only negative comment is not having two parking passes with a 3/2 condo. We had to pay an additional $81.20 for the second parking pass and the parking lot was never close to being full while we were there.

This was our first time to Orange Beach and it was perfect! The condo was clean and roomy. It was great to sit on the balcony and drink coffee while overlooking the Gulf. It’s located near everything but not overly crowded with traffic. We’re already planning our next trip there!

Balcony disappointment

Overall the condo was nice, roomy and great beach location. I actually chose this unit based on the pictures of the balcony and it’s great, comfy furniture. When we arrived the balcony was nothing like the pictures, a huge swing and large table and chairs for 6 crowded the space and blocked the master bedroom ocean view. Very disappointed!!

Great condo. Excellent location. Condo clean and well supplied. Beds are very soft but comfortable. TVs in all bedrooms. Ceiling fans in living room & all bedrooms. Plenty of seating in living room. Only negative points were indoor jacuzzi is for 13 yr. old & older (no kids) even when no one is in it. Also, the rental company sent us a message that we could possibly get an early check in but when I contacted them, they said they’d let us know when it was ready. I know it had not been occupied the day before but we did not receive notification to check in until 3:45. Loved the condo but not the rental agency.

Awesome Fall Break

Extremely clean, condo, property, and beach. Perfect location. Renting was easy as selecting my date, immediate confirmation. Check in was a breeze, got a code via text to enter condo, all the information was inside in a packed with my name on it, no waiting, dealing with anyone, perfect. Labor Day

This property is beautiful! The beds were comfortable, and spacious! The decor was really nice! Condo is stocked with everything you can think of to cook. The grills downstairs were really nice, so is the area around it. The property is right by shops, neighborhood Walmart, gas stations, ice cream shop right next to Walmart is amazing! The property has nice grounds, and the security is superb! For a Labor Day weekend it actually was pretty low key, lots of families but not over crowded. Thank you for a great vacation experience!

Great experience from start to finish.. Great neighborhood, secure and clean. We loved the balcony and the ease of access to the beach. The team there was very friendly.. The condo was beautiful! Had the perfect amount of space for our family. We LOVED the huge patio outside overlooking the ocean. There was plenty of seating outside as well, and even beach toys my kids loved. It was in a great area and we even walked to the beach shop across the street, which was convenient. The management was great at communicating with us and were helpful in making sure we were accommodated. Having security onsite also made it feel safe. We will be back for sure!

Points forts : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s et Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement.
The propety had great access to the beach. The only thing I disliked was the bed was uncomfortable. The matress was so stiff I could feel all the springs knifing my back. Also you were limited to only 2 parking passes.
