Here are the additional details for your stay at the charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo at 24522 24522 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, Alabama:
1. Rental Agreement: Make sure to sign the rental agreement to receive check-in information.
2. Age Restriction: The policy strictly enforces that renters must be 25 years or older. No refunds will be provided for anyone attempting to rent who does not meet this age requirement.
3. Parking Restriction: You’re allowed ONE (1) vehicle for parking (no exceptions). Parking passes are required and not included in your rental. Upon arrival, purchase your parking pass at the Guard Shack or Front Office. The fee is a one-time charge of $50 per vehicle for the duration of your stay. Please note that prices are subject to change, and the Guard Shack operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.
4. Pet Policy: Absolutely no pets allowed.
5. Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking permitted.
6. Check-In: You can check in after 4 PM on the day your reservation begins.
7. Check-Out: Check-out time is 10 AM. If you check out after 10 AM, an additional day’s charge will apply.
8. Monthly Rentals: Available from November through February. Feel free to inquire about special monthly rates.

Our host was extremely polite and very accommodating. The communication with him was excellent. Very quick to respond. The Seaside Resort and Racquet Club is a great complex with 3 pools and access to the beach.

Safety issue

I arrived to the condo on a Thursday evening around 630 and as I walked towards the balcony I noticed the door was slightly open. I immediately tried to lock it and realized the lock was broken. I notified the host right away who suggested I locate a stick to secure the door. I’m like really? I texted him again to let him know that I could not locate a stick. Then he tried to assure me via text that I would be safe. Seriously I’m a woman traveling alone and he was aware of that! After an hour of this nonsense I decided to check in elsewhere after all he was not offering any kind of resolve or concern for my safety. I checked in a hotel and paid over $500 for that stay. Ridiculous. After checking in I called the host to possibly refund my $50 parking fee. He called and said that I would have to try to recoup that on my own. Again no regard for my horrible experience and money lost. Contacted Vrbo about this and I have yet to hear back! I am very angry and disappointed with this entire experience!

perfect stay for a quick weekend getaway!

I brought my best friend and her a little boy who is 11 to Orange Beach for the first time for them. I have been to the Orange Beach area once a year for the last eight years. I am so glad I discovered this location. It was perfect for the three of us and it was right on the beach, we loved having access to the pool and the beach that is right there. The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for three day weekend. Will definitely be staying here again next time we come back! Thank you so much!
