BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Our family wanted a couple of days away for Easter. This condo and location met everything we wanted. Quiet, clean, beautiful beach, and beautiful view from the balcony. I would recommend this condo for any family.

We wanted to check in a day early and the condo was open, so they made it so easy for us to check in. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and the view was amazing. We will for sure book through them again next year! We had an awesome trip!

It was beaching!

Perfect location with an ideal walk to the beach. Panoramic views of the sunrises and beach from the two sided lanai. Master suite also has access to the lanai for peaceful evenings and invigorating mornings. On site complex management was very good about enforcing the rules including non-smoking restrictions and hours all of which made for a quiet respite. Ideal for families. Hopefully we will be able to book it again for our next adventure.

Perfect getaway

Nice condo. Would give 5 stars but we had an issue with no WiFi the first night. Granted the maintenance guy came early the next day which was convenient for us. Out of beach balls hands but the bummer was the indoor pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance during our stay. Over all great experience and will definitely book this condo for the annual beach trip!

Memorial Day Orange Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great location and beautiful views of the gulf. We loved the pool and beach access. My only complaints are that we were charged for parking ($30 per car), and there were no beach supplies - not even beach towels - so we had to bring our own, which is a bit of pain when traveling by plane. For the price we paid, I think things like this should be included.

Enjoyed our week!

We really enjoyed staying at this unit, great view and great location, a/c worked great!! The only issues we had were the master bed was super hard!! Needs an upgraded mattress asap! A few odds and ends needed to be tidy up but maybe being at the end of the season is why, a bit of maintenance thats all. Great place, we would only stay again if a new mattress was installed!!!!

The floors were dirty and you could not walk in your bare feet, there was only one dish towel no dish cloths. Badic cheap family dollar bath towels, washcloths and hand towels. The furniture was very stained. The view was fabulous and probably the best feature of the unit.

Perfect for our Ladies Get-A-Way Week!

We have vacationed in Orange Beach for the past ten years, but this is the first time that we stayed at Romar Place. It is a great location and the property, pools and entrance areas are well maintained. Our condo was very clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and even pool and beach items. We had one maintenance issue and the property managers had someone out to take care of it within the hour. My only suggestion would be that the upholstered furniture in the living room could use a good steam cleaning, and a couple more balcony chairs would be nice. But everything else was great and we plan to return to Romar Place next year!
