Welcome to The Palms 401, a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bath Gulf-front condo located on the 4th floor in Orange Beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, this corner unit boasts a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking Gulf views accessible from every bedroom.

In the Primary suite, unwind in the comfort of a King bed while enjoying your favorite shows on the 60-inch Smart TV. The Primary bath is complete with a large tile walk-in shower, offering a spa-like experience. The second bedroom, equipped with a King bed and a 42-inch TV, also features a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, cozy and inviting, includes a Queen bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Overall, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella come complimentary with this rental. They will be waiting for you daily from 8 AM - 6 PM (March - Oct).

The condo's interior is as impressive as its view, with tile floors throughout the living area, adding to the sleek, modern feel. The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate ice maker. For your convenience, the unit also includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Stay connected and entertained with free WiFi and a 50-inch flat-screen TV in the living room. Additionally, the sofa sleeper provides extra sleeping space for guests.

The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views! Short walk to the beach Only thing I’d ask for is the master bedroom to have a more comfortable mattress or at least a mattress pad. Also a little bit more comfortable pillows! Other than that

Family Fun

Easy check-in straight to door. No hassle dealing with desk. Location was even more spectacular than pictures present. Location was within all establishments and easy to get to. Family had an awesome adventure and saddened to see our time come to an end. The Palms was a great place for our family with everything we needed. Rooms were nice and clean and family room and kitchen were perfect to spend nights playing games and relaxing after being drained by the sun. Will definitely be back for another stay!

1st Orange Beach trip

Great stay! The condo was spacious and the views were impressive . The patio is big and plenty of seating. It’s the perfect spot! Everything was clean. They had some chairs and umbrella for us to use. We decided to pay for the service on the beach to have chairs and umbrellas for us set up daily! I highly recommend. Wish we would have stayed longer. Never visited the pool because we loved the beach so much!

Winter walks and waves

The condo has a great ocean view. The layout makes ocean viewing easy. The decor is tasteful with new appliances. We enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. We visited the Gulf Restaurant twice for the delicious food and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our winter beach vacation!

Fantastic beach vacation

We had a lovely stay at our beach condo. The accommodations were wonderful; comfy beds, plenty of space, great view. There was a lot of construction happening in the adjacent building so there was a fair amount of noise during the day, and some styrofoam debris kept ending up in the outdoor pool. Couldn’t be helped, I’m sure. Took off a star (really only half, but that’s not an option here) because the condo didn’t have basic items that other rental places we’ve stayed have had: salt & pepper shakers, or coffee filters for the provided coffee pot (because do I really want to go buy a whole pack of coffee filters for a 4 night stay?) Would definitely still stay again (we’ll just bring coffee filters :)

I cannot say enough good things about our experience! We loved the view from the balcony. It was very spacious and all 6 of us enjoyed time out there together. The beds were extremely comfortable! It was so relaxing to wake up with a view of the beach from every bedroom! We will definitely be back!
