IMPORTANT DETAILS

Check-In: 4 PM standard check-in (3 PM for direct bookings)

Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle and must be purchased directly at the HOA desk in the lobby.

Rental Agreement: Must be signed with photo ID uploaded within 72 hours of booking.

Security Deposit: $250 hold released 5 days after departure (pending no damages).


SEASONAL MAINTENANCE NOTICE

The Oasis at Orange Beach performs routine maintenance from late fall through winter (typically November - February). During this time, some amenities may be temporarily closed for repairs or seasonal upkeep. The indoor pool is typically open for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays. This is standard for Gulf Shores and Orange Beach resorts, and the host has no control over these schedules.

Family Getaway

There is something for everyone. Very comfortable and the owner provided items for our use that most places don’t provide. We loved the adults only pool and the kids loved the splash pad. We all enjoyed the lazy river! It’s close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches.

INCREDIBLE!

This was truly the nicest condo and facility we have ever stayed in! It was extremely clean and so conveniently located! Our family LOVED the beautiful beach, the pool andazy river and my kids went down the water slide about 1,000 times! Haha Absolutely will look here again for future beach trips!

Beautiful unit

We always stay at Phoenix West II, and this unit was the most accomodating. It was decorated beautifully and clean. My kids loved the bunks, it was helpful having all the seasonings and other cooking supplies I needed, and tons of beach toys! It was also convenient that it was stocked with laundry detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. The less I have to bring the better!

First time traveling as a family of five

We love the proximity to the beach and the ability to rent the lounge chairs for the week although it was pretty expensive about $250 for a pair of chairs. We loved the big balcony and how when you were out there it was just as enjoyable as being on the beach. The place was cutely decorated and spacious. Drawbacks were waiting for the elevators and the plastic covers on the pillows and mattresses. I guess they’re for water resistant stuff but all in all we really liked your stay and appreciated how stocked their place was with everything we needed . Also, disappointing was the lack of common spaces and how most things were poorly decorated in the common spaces. We wanted to play ping pong, but it look like a jail cell in there a little bit odd also one note for the host is, if the cleaning people could really mop the floor it seems clean, but it wasn’t like actually cleaned with a mop, there just wasn’t dirt, so it was broomed, but not mopped

The property was amazing and is right on the beach. Full access, easy to get items to/from car at check in/out. Stores were easy access as well as the parking garage. Everything was spacious. The condo was very beautiful. It helped that there were cooking utensils and seasoning for us to use. Thank you for that! We cooked every night. It was a pleasant and beautiful vacation. My only complaint would be the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and when I brought that up to the owner she said she couldn’t fix it until after checkout (which I feel should have been checked BEFORE we checked in). Eventually, I figured out that the previous tenants had switched TVs out the rooms and left some of the connectors in the other room. That problem was solved. Also, the refrigerator may need to be replaced soon because it takes a while for it to cool. When you rent, put your drinks in the bar cooler so they’ll stay cold. Other than that, we had a great time!

Warm and inviting! Everything for guests!

We were amazed at all the nice amenities left for us to use! Shampoo, snacks, coffee even laundry pods dryer sheets and more! We tried to leave some items in kindness for the next guests, just like others had! Kindness sums up this place too! Beautiful fresh decor! So clean and the best of views! I would love to go back to stay in that same set of rooms! My grandkids of all ages loved this location and we cooked and used outdoor grills and everything in tools we needed were right there handy for us. A really delightfully secure stay where we as a family were treated kindly without loud intruders or nasty behavior in front of my grandkids. Family friendly . Clean and beautiful because there is a real pride in caring for this area. Thank all of you there .

What a beautiful condo. It is exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and such an amazing view! The amenities in the condo complex were great and the beach was fantastic. Having an indoor pool in addition to the outdoor ones was great…especially on the day where we had bad weather. The condo owner had a wonderful communication plan starting with sending out helpful tips and excursion ideas a month out so we could make sure to book ahead of the crowds. We took a boat fishing/shrimping trip my kids are still talking about. We will definitely book this condo again!

Best Orange Beach Rental!!

Wonderful upgraded unit! One of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed at. My children loved the bunk beds and the indoor pool. We'd love to come back in the spring to use the lazy river and waterslide. Very convenient to be directly on the beach and the views of the ocean from the balcony are spectacular. My husband enjoyed walking to the state park & we were able to enjoy a number of the fresh seafood restaurants all 5 to 10 min away. Very relaxing and memorable vacation! We would definitely book again and I highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful and what a view!

This is the nicest condo we’ve rented in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. Tastefully decorated, lots of room/beds, extremely clean, awesome view of the beach and ocean, pools, hot tubs, basketball court, charcoal grills, 4 full baths and large TV in each bedroom. We were a group of 10 and recommend this condo to any large group.

Super clean, amazing condo with full amenities

We have stayed at properties up and down Orange Beach for over 10 years now. This particular condo was the best one so far. We impressed at the super cleanliness of the condo when we got there along with how stocked the condo was with kitchen items, beach chairs, infant/baby stuff, fabulous kid bedroom (with bunk beds), enough sheets/blankets for all, and drains which all drained (no sand build-up). As well, the property and its features are also fabulous. From the indoor pool with 4 hot tubs, to the easy beach access (and chair service), the great lazy river and water slide, indoor sauna, workout room, and more hot tubs on the 14th floor, this place has it all. We even got to enjoy the shuffleboard set on the rainy days since it is under the 1st floor but still outside and close to the pool. We didn't get to check out the putting green or tennis courts though but will have to try it next time though. I would recommend this condo and property of Phoenix West II to anyone who is looking for a great condo with enough room for 4 adults and 5 children to comfortably stay for a whole week and not be on-top of each other.

Beautiful, clean, on the beach

We had a great time. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The property manager was prompt and professional with communication. My favorite features were the balcony for coffee and breakfast, and that it's located right on the beach.
