This luxury beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of Phoenix V and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 12 (max of 8 adults-we classify adults as anyone over age 12). The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with Smart-TVs, so you can utilize Satellite Cable or stream your favorites right from your favorite streaming app. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 9, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 6.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful, panoramic views from your floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access. In the second bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed with a shared hall bath. The third bedroom is a dream for the kids with a custom built shark-themed bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds, sleeping 6. The living room is also equipped with a queen sleeper sofa.

Parking:

This unit has a deeded reserved garage space (24), which is situated directly by the elevators for easy access and unpacking. Up to two additional spaces may be purchased for a total of 3. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

Our experience was overall positive. The host is kind and responsive, the views and location are perfect, the parking spot provided is excellent, and the interior design of the unit is lovely. The pool, splash pad, and umbrella service were wonderful amenities. The unit was well-stocked with cooking supplies, and the furniture on the patio was excellent. For us, given the price paid at over 1,000/night (including fees) the unit was on the smaller side, and could use a little freshening up. The building also looked a little worn down in the common areas, especially the lobby and elevators.Again, overall a positive stay and enjoyable vacation.

We would definitely stay here again. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The ocean view from the balcony was awesome! It was a short walk to the ocean and a very nice pool area.
