Phoenix10 Beach front condo fully upgraded with brand new custom bathrooms.

Newly renovated and beautifully decorated 3bed/2bath condo with granite, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances. The whole back wall has floor to ceiling windows and 2 sliding glass doors that give balcony access from the family room and the master bedroom. We have a full size washer and dryer with walk in laundry room. We also installed an 80 gallon commercial hot water heater so you never take a cold shower. Entire condo has had custom art work designed specifically for this unit. All bedrooms have huge flat screen smart tv's. Let's not forget the amazingly comfortable beds. Just checkout our reviews on our mattresses. You won't find another rental unit kitchen this fully stocked with everything down to a quesadilla maker(great for quick lunches), crock pot, regular coffee pot, Keurig, plenty of wine and martini glasses, and 2 electric griddles. We also have free wifi in the condo and coffee downstairs every morning waiting for you.

This complex is one of the most popular and most visited because of the amazing location and amenities that are offered. We are located next door to the 'world famous' Flora-Bama bar.
2 Flora-Bama restaurants and a Waffle House just across the street. Flora-Bama liquor store is across the street, too. This place has it all. Great beach and beach frontage, a huge outdoor zero entry pool, a brand new splash pad(being built now) large indoor pool with 3 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, Raquet ball courts, and a spacious exercise room with sauna. The boardwalk is one of the shortest I have seen and was a reason we bought at this complex. No long hauls with kids, coolers, and everything else we lug to the beach. Adjacent parking deck to the building and parking passes are $60 per car for your entire stay, not daily. There is security here 24/7 as well as a brand new BBQ area with grills, granite countertops, and sinks.

Jet skis and boat rentals are available across the street and all imaginable amenities are within a couple of miles in either direction, including some of the areas best restaurants.
Summer weekly rental available at competitive rates.
OWA theme park just opened in Foley, too. It is fun for everyone.

We enjoyed the condo at Orange Beach. The location can't be beat - its right next to Flor-abama! We did have a slight issue with the parking pass, the owner said to get it from a kiosk at the front desk. The was no kiosk and the people at the front desk didn't even have our reservation because the owner isn't using their services. We had to call to get it straightened out. There were other annoyances, namely a broken glass in the kitchen cabinet, missing light-bulbs from lamps, and I know they don't have to provide things like salt and pepper, or coffee filters, or enough toilet paper or paper towels, but we've rented from many owners who do provide those little niceties.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. From the bright, beautiful art to the super comfortable beds all the way to the view from the balcony while listening to the waves, it was perfect for our family vacay. The owner’s communication was top notch and the location of this property gave quick access to the beach front without such a long walk. The teenagers loved the pool in the evenings and we parents just loved door dashing in food and eating at the table on the balcony while listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins after spending all day in the sand. We LOVED this condo and the arcade game just put it right over the top with the teens and the husband. we hope to visit again next year because coming home was a hard thing to do!

With this being an a family gathering of grown children, we sincerely appreciated 3 adult sized bedrooms. Having two rooms with king sized beds was wonderful!! The kitchen was stocked. The patio furniture is VERY comfortable. No complaints on the beds or cleanliness. Lovely renovated bathrooms. It was great to be able to walk to Flora-Bama and other restaurants. Great home away from home. We will be back!!
