When you’re not sinking your toes in the sugar white sand, you can enjoy the 2 Gulf front pools, indoor pool, tennis courts and fitness room. Back in your condo you can kick back in the cozy area that opens to a Gulf front balcony. Enjoy the sights and sounds as you enjoy your morning coffee as the beach comes alive or an evening beverage looking out over the star-filled night sky and savoring the fresh Gulf breeze.
The master bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed that will ensure a peaceful night’s rest. Also, off this bedroom is a private balcony that provides an amazing view of the beautiful Gulf beach and water. A tranquil spot to enjoy the night air and sounds of waves arriving on shore. The second bedroom is very inviting with 2 twin beds that are sure to provide relaxing sleep.

Perfectly relaxing
Sea side was awesome. 3402 was perfectly appointed and comfortably accessible for our vacation needs. I would recommend a small supply of cleaning supplies for unexpected spills that the owner prefers to be used. Otherwise, will make this property one of our Must STAYS!

For an older unit it was very clean and updated. Very user friendly. Could use a full length body mirror in either room. Outdoor patio furniture was very nice.

Rental was nice and comfortable. Great view and easy access to pool and beach. Wish there were more towels available with a larger group had no extras but luckily there’s a washer/dryer. Floors were dirty kids running around barefoot in the room had dirty feet after. The only other complaint I have is the morning of our last stay there was a roach on the kitchen counter.

Our rental served our needs well. The AC was cold, the beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. The building itself looks pretty old but our unit was updated nicely. My only negative was that I had to sign a paper rental agreement and return it in person. Doing that electronically would have been much easier.

Check-in was very easy, didn’t mind checking in at a different location. Upon arrival at condo, it was apparent that there was construction going on. We were not notified. Unfortunately we were on the construction crews time. Awoken at 8am and no naps were in the cards unless you were on the beach or at the pool. Construction noise was extremely loud. All. Day. Long. The next door unit was also being worked on and the noise from that was extremely loud as well.When we brought this inconvenience up to property managing company, they were extremely sorry and comp’d us one nights stay, which we were satisfied with considering at this point there was nothing else that could’ve been done. What was alarming though, was the fact that they didn’t even know construction was happening, they were told by the association of the condo complex when they inquired after our complaint was that “maintenance” didn’t need to be communicated. WTH? What they were doing was NOT maintenance. Condo unit was in decent shape, beds and pillows could be updated - they are bit lumpy - all amenities in the unit worked. The complex was nice and the pools were very clean. The indoor pool could use some tlc. Another complaint is that we were given no map of the grounds and the signs are small so it was like a scavenger hunt finding everything when we first got there. I would recommend giving guests a map. Otherwise, the condo was centrally located and close to lots of restaurants and stores.

Alright for a long weekend beach trip
Stayed in this condo with my family of four (2 adults and 2 children) for a little less than 1 week...First impression was that the condo units in this community are older than originally thought upon booking this trip, but this particular unit has been updated some. Would have liked to have known we would be on the 2nd floor and directly in view of everyone at the pool - this is just a personal preference and would have chosen another unit.Overall, the condo appeared clean and organized. However, we discovered a leak in the master bathroom area coming from the ceiling vent/unit above us and we saw a couple bugs inside the bathroom during the course of our stay. The property management team apologized but seemed to do little to correct the issue - they gave us extra towels for the leak clean up the next morning. Aside from a leak that could very well be out of their control, and perhaps limited options to deal with bugs within an aging condo community on the beach, these accommodations were fine.I would highly recommend they at least provide more essentials for your stay - like an extra trash bag for your kitchen trash can for example. It would also be a nice touch if the unit had some board games or cards for kids/families to enjoy. The community seemed very family friendly, with many groups of children in the pool, on the beach, and freely roaming the area.
