Home is brand new and has all the smart features you are looking for but also a lot of extras here! Beautiful furniture and decor to enjoy but lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy including neighborhood pool, putting green and fire pit. The home has a large outdoor bar for 4, table setting for 6 to enjoy those grilled dinners after beaching or fishing! Our First Orange Beach Vacation!

This was my family's (myself, husband, two children, and my parents) first trip to Orange Beach and it was fantastic! The house was just as pictured, and we were so pleasantly surprised with it being as we imagined. The location to the beach was great. We chose the public beach access that as about 7 minutes away, lovely! Golf carts are not legal yet to go from the neighborhood onto the main roads, so beware of that. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook your meals, and good restaurants were close if you wanted to eat out. Only complaints from our kiddos was the lack of ceiling fan in the "kids room," so bring a box fan if your kiddos are used to having noise/wind to sleep. Other guest room does not have a TV (or ceiling fan), so bring a laptop if you need TV to fall asleep. Bathrooms were great! Water pressure was a little odd, so just stagger showers so everyone gets maximum spray. Other than that, no complaints and the house was just fantastic. Courtney, the host, was very responsive and so sweet. Stay here, you will not regret it! :)
