Welcome to THE OASIS 2606, a spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath Orange Beach condo formerly known as Phoenix West II. This south-facing unit offers incredible Gulf views and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features flat-screen TVs and private baths. The living and dining areas are open and fully furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV, dining table, and wet bar. Guests have access to indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, BBQ area, and a game room. Onsite dining options include a sandwich and pizza shop. Parking passes are required, and up to 12 wristbands are allowed per reservation for use of property amenities.

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking passes are $55 plus tax and limited to 2 per unit. Perfect Location

The condo was large and fit our family needs perfectly. They had a washer and dryer which was perfect for washing towels when you have teenagers. The condo is as pictured with a nice balcony. We communicated with the owners and the property management and both were very easy and accommodating.

WONDERFUL LOCATION! Condo needs deep cleaning-

Pros: Condos amenities are perfect for all ages. Love having restaurant & bar on property- this will be a repeat for us for sure. Condo space and layout is great!! This unit is decorated great! Cons: not enough blankets for guest/beds, needs more for sure! Needs a Good deep clean- baseboards, floors, corners are very dirty. Carpet needs to be replaced in Master bedroom for sure- it’s stained sooo bad. My biggest problem was the sheets/bedding in master. They were 100% not clean and stunk soooo bad!!!! Major BO- it was very obvious the comforter hadn’t been washed in awhile!!! I didn’t get into bed until 11pm and gagged! I immediately washed all my sheets and the comforter so I could even sleep in there. I messaged the company with ZERO RESPONSE!!!!!! That was disappointing- oh dishwasher needs cleaned. After we ran dishes they all smelled like fish! 70% of the dishes we pulled out of the cabinet were not clean.

We had fun

Very nice condo with a lot of room and easy beach access. The umbrella and chair rentals on the beach wasn’t a far walk. We stayed during the busy season so parking was a little challenging sometimes and elevators were slow. But overall my wife and kids had a lot of fun and the building and condo was very nice.

We had the best week! The property was great and kid friendly. The restaurant and bar area served great food and drinks! The condo itself had comfortable beds, plenty of seating and towels, and a stocked kitchen. The only thing that was a little bit inconvenient were the elevators. It took us almost 1.5 hours to get checked in because there are only 6 elevators for 26 floors. But overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Really family friendly condo!

Our family with young children and another family also with young children had an awesome time here! Condo is very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. The pool, water slide and lazy river were a great time after the mornings spent at the beach! Would highly recommend!!

The best girls trip

8 ladies who work in healthcare together but have never travelled together decided to hit the beach! We had the BEST TIME!! The condo was just perfect for our group and very accommodating. Communication with the property manager was superb. Beds were very comfy, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We are ready to book for next year. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Condo and Property

We absolutely loved this property! It was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family. Check in and check out were a breeze and Sunset Property Management checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Yes there are a lot of people; yes it was a little difficult to get an elevator at times if you had a lot of people or stuff but it’s vacation time and to be expected. HIGHLY recommend and we can’t wait to go back. Orange Beach is my new favorite spot!

The condo itself was fine other than the couch was very dirty and worn. We just threw a blanket over it. I enjoyed the fitness center and the indoor pool was nice. The problems started when we arrived to check in. First, they only allowed two parking passes with a 12 person condo which is absurd. When you pay that much for a condo, parking passes should be free and unlimited. We were constantly shuffling cars. Next, it took us just under 2 hours to get our stuff from the 6th floor to our room on the 26th floor with only 6 elevators to service the 32 floor condo and a gazillion people trying to get their luggage to their condos. The lazy river was overly crowded and didn’t have nearly enough tubes to accommodate the property. And lastly, you had to get up at 6:30 am to beat the umbrella people in order to avoid a mile walk down the beach every day. It was a very disappointing vacation especially for the cost and I am not a super picky person.

VERY Disappointed

Unit wasn’t clean - found multiple diabetic lancettes (!!!), a bathing suit and sock that wasn’t ours, long hair on sides of tub before any of us had a chance to use it, and the floor was dirty - 3 year old granddaughter’s feet were black in less than 5 minutes of walking barefoot. Dishwasher handle wasn’t just broken it was completely missing. Multiple light bulbs were burned out and fixtures missing is master bath. Stove needs calibration. Dishwasher/sink/disposal emitted horrible sewerage odor - we used lemons and was better but not great. Not a single non-stick pan for breakfast. Towels were very rough. We’ve rented condos all across the gulf, from Texas to Florida, including many in Orange Beach and at Phoenix West II and this has been by far the worst.

We loved the condo itself. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Property needed more elevators for 30+ floors. Took too long for elevator. Also for condos that hold multiple families, consideration for the need is additional parking. Property was clean and well maintained. This was our first time staying in a condo and wasn’t sure what to expect. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Spacious. Good mattresses. So many bathrooms! Loved the double shower head in Master Cooked every meal great kitchen for 2 families. Loved huge balcony and view of orange beach area never been on 23rd floor and seen that far away!

Our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach

We love Phoenix West 2...... We were pleased with our room overall..... this room does not face the ocean at all which, but we were able to see some beautiful sunsets from our North facing balcony. Rooms needed a couple things as new owners just closed on property, but they were delivered by the following mornings.....they were minor but I was very pleased by attentiveness of owners to get us what we needed. Beds were comfortable....and clean upon arrival. Plenty of dishes for our party of 11. We enjoyed our company and our time....having a great room was just a bonus for us!

Great Private Spot

This is a beautiful and secure property. They have security greet you and keep anyone who is not staying there away and out. Beach access is easy and private. It is also in a perfect spot close to everything. Great stay. We will be back.
