Tidewater 102 is a guest favorite - crisp clean decor, direct beach access, an outdoor gulf-front pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub/spa, exercise facility, coded gate entry and covered entrance.

Tidewater 102 will have you feeling at home with its cozy decor, comfortable beds and full-size kitchen. As you enter the condo, you are greeted by the burst of sunshine coming in from the balcony! Immediately to your right is the first of two bedrooms with a king-size bed, flat screen tv and direct access to the shared guest bath (tub/shower combo). Also off of the entry way, is the full laundry room with a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. There's even enough room in there to store your beach gear.

Continuing inside, you make your way into the full kitchen, stocked with all of the cooking essentials needed to prepare a fresh meal along with a dining area that will seat 4 at the table and 3 at the bar.

Comfortable seating (with sleeper sofa) in the living room area to enjoy your down time watching the wall-mounted tv or taking in the views through the sliding glass balcony doors.

Off of the living room is the main bedroom. This bedroom also has a king-size bed, tv and beautiful en suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a large tiled walk-in shower. This main bedroom has direct access onto your balcony. The balcony is furnished with a high-top table and 4 chairs along with 2 additional chairs and table. The perfect spot to begin and end every day of your stay!

Tidewater 102 is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

My adult daughter and I enjoyed Tidewater 102. Great communication with property manager, and easy check in/out process. This unit is on the small side but both bedrooms have king sized beds and their own bathroom. Clean and well equipped unit. It worked well for our stay.

Plenty of room for our family of 5. The unit was very clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location of this building is great for the area and the smaller size makes it less crowded on the beach. Great communication with host making for easy check in/out. Be prepared to bring your own trash bags, hand soap, coffee filters, cooking spray, and salt/pepper.

Great stay

Perfect location,Quite, beautiful view,Perfect size. There are a few things that need some attention to be fixed. Although it was a very nice condo, it is in need of a deep clean. But over all we had a wonderful time and wonderful stay. Thank you.
