Spacious, cosy & comfortable, with the perfect backyard for entertaining, we are sure you'll love staying in this wonderful home with family and friends.

The Neighborhood:
We are conveniently located 2 blocks from the main street on a stunning heriatge and tree lined street.

The best way to discover all this town has to offer is to walk. Stroll to 'Groundstone Cafe' for one of the best breakfasts, or grab a coffee to go at the very popular Cafe window 'Crema on Lords'.
Walk to the monthly Farmers Market at 'Northcourt' behind the Orange Library, or take the family for play at Robertson park. You can even stroll up to Cook Park, about a 15-20 minute walk from our home - here you can feed the ducks, admire the gorgeous gardens, visit the guildry and simply, relax.

After a great day out walk to dinner at Mr Lims Korean, Birdie, The Schoolhouse @ The Union Bank, Sweet Sour Salt or head for a drink at the Parkview or the Canobolas Hotel - nothing is too far from this prime location!!

Some of our best wineries and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car.

The host was very accommodating. Barton House is stunning. It has been beautifully renovated that captures both modern and old aspects. The amenities are excellent as is the furniture and decor. I highly recommend Barton House as an exceptional place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed Barton House and Orange. Just wanted to stay longer. House is beautiful. Bedding was very comfortable. House is in a great location close to cafes and antique stores. Our favourite was His Pick Collective and Dirty Janes. Overall it had everything we wanted for 3 ladies to celebrate our delayed Christmas in July.

We had a wonderful overnight stay to celebrate my birthday! The location is super close to town, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, beautifully set up with so much space and very close to everything. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and friendly. Lovely house in convenient location

The house was as it had been described, very comfortable and with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. We were able to easily walk to restaurants for dinner each night. Good TV reception and very good Wi-Fi connection.

Wonderful place to stay

Barton house was in a great location, close walking distance to the Main Street, the beds were very comfortable, We were spoilt by the large showerheads and water pressure. We had rather hot weather but the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable . We would happily book again.
