This condo offers 1,325 sq ft of living space with an open concept floor plan and modern decor. When outside on your balcony you will have beautiful views of the pool, luscious green area and most important a view of Eagle beach and nightly views of the sunset.

Inside you will find 2 bedrooms, the master has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet with safe, access to the balcony and a private 3pc ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, large build in closet, access to the balcony and a private 3pc ensuite.
The living room area has a leather sofa, large screen TV, access to the balcony and free unlimited WiFi is included plus off to the side is a 3rd 2pc washroom.
The kitchen is outfitted with S/S appliances, fridge with ice maker, stove top, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Other small appliances included are a coffeemaker (drip), 2 slice toaster and blender. For your cooking needs we provide pots, pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery and utensils. Whether you want to cook a full course meal or a simple snack, we have you covered.The dining area comes with 4 bar stools and a round glass table seating for 4.
In the laundry room you will find a front loader washing machine and dryer, a drying rack, iron, ironing board and laundry basket. We also provide 4 beach chairs (Tommy Bahamas backpack) portable cooler and beach towels.
On the balcony you will find sitting for 6 to enjoy the ocean view while having your morning coffee or watching the sunset while having dinner.

Our condo is on the 4th floor situated at LeVent Condominiums which offers many amenities. Outside you will have access to 2 bbqs with cooking utensils, a communal outdoor (top covered) al fresco dining area, ice machine, pools, hot tub, gate access from the beach, 24/7 security, ample free parking and a communal sunset rooftop area to enjoy Aruba's sunset. Inside located in the front lobby is a gym and on the other end of the building we also have a day spa (Blue Waters Day Spa)

Included with your booking we offer a starter kit of everyday amenities such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, large and small garbage bags, dishwasher soap, sponge, kitchen towels, toilet paper, hand and body soap and shampoo. Also for anyone staying more than a week we offer a refresh cleaning for a fee. This can be requested to your hostess.
