THE SPACE
Just a few steps from Aruba's world-renowned Eagle Beach, this spacious vacation rental beach house brings you a slice of paradise while maintaining the comforts of home. Wonderfully decorated, this magnificent 3-level townhouse offers a private back patio with its own swimming pool and BBQ grill, outdoor shower, dining area, and sun loungers to relax under the sun. A sun-filled large private rooftop terrace provides more sun loungers, and a relaxing seating area.

The large living area is located on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, a 6-seat dining table, a sofa-bed, a large smart TV, a half bathroom, and access to the backyard private swimming pool. A washer and dryer are located on the first floor for your private use. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV and a walk-in closet that connects you to the ensuite master bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both ensuites include hairdryers.

This air-conditioned home provides you with 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. A code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV and three flat screen smart TV's (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your comfort. Located within the luxurious LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort at Eagle beach; you have access to all the amenities and facilities of this resort as well. The home sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 beds, plus a sofa-bed.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the private Townhouse as well as all the resort facilities. The outdoor amenities of the luxurious LeVent Beach Resort include a spectacular swimming pool with a hot tub and a children's pool. There is also a children's playground and a communal alfresco dining area with two BBQ-grills, an outdoor sink, and an ice machine. Excellent

This property is exactly as stated in the description! Everything you need! Very clean and well set up. The beach is a 3 minute walk down the street. Restaurants around the corner. Quick taxi to many other restaurants. Some people say you can walk to the grocery store but it’s a hike and I’d suggest a taxi. Check in and out is a breeze thanks to the ladies at the lobby desk. Carlotta and Geraldine were awesome! Beach chairs and cooler were a bonus. Pool area is clean and very peaceful. Only suggestion is to have the bannister fixed going upstairs as it’s broken and could be quite dangerous if someone grabbed it.

Excellent location, exceptional property

This townhome is in a perfect location, one block from Eagle Beach, bus stop and beach bar. The unit itself was perfect for two couples and was outfitted with everything one needs to start your vacation off and was exceptionally clean. There was also a second set of towels provided in the unit. It was also very convenient that each person was able to get a clean beach towel daily. Any issues or requests were dealt with promptly by property managers. The security staff was also very personal-able. If we are ever to go back this will be a unit we will definitely consider.
