PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Island Delights Two-bedroom townhome is situated just a few steps from the white-sandy shore and tranquil turquoise waters of the world-renowned Eagle Beach of Aruba, rated #1 beach in the Caribbean and #3 in the world. Plan your sunny getaway to this tastefully furnished beach house, located within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba. This spacious and modern 2-level vacation rental offers you a back patio with a private plunge pool (up to 5ft deep), an outdoor shower, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy Aruba's year-round summer weather.

The living area is located on the first level with a large fully equipped kitchen plus in-room washer and dryer, a 6-seat round dining table, a 3-2 sofa set with an additional chair plus a large TV, a large desk (for your a workation holiday) a half bathroom, and access to the backyard with a swimming pool. Both bedrooms are located on the second level of the property.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet that connects you to the primary en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with about 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. There is access to the unfurnished private rooftop terrace, Air Conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free wireless internet in the unit and at the resort pool, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all included. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

Perfect family experience

This was a really great experience staying here, it felt like a home away from home. It was very clean, very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the updated look felt very nice. We liked having our own backyard or roof retreat, and the conveince for the beach was excellent. Since we have a you ger one just learning to swim, the smaller pool depth was great for the main pool, we had no stress because she could touch bottom. Conceirge helped us when we needed, we appreciated them alot. We did notice the house was very sparse on equipment for proper cooking/meal prep (no measuring cups for example, mixing bowls) and additional tupperwear could go a long way as we were packing lunches to beach most days. The small tiles are coming off the plunge pool sides but we didnt think much of that, we have a pool too and know weather conditions contribute. The bottom of the plunge pool is real rough (and sides) so if you have kids ensure they wear water shoes to protect feet. All in all, a really great week, we would return :)

My family of 6 just stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed our time. The property was very clean, quiet, and family friendly. Also within great proximity to Eagle beach and walking distance to various food options close. Will be back!

Amazing!

My 11 year old daughter and I took a mother/daughter trip to Aruba and stayed at this property. It was wonderful! Such a safe and friendly island. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in our room on arrival. Many open air restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite was Waters Edge. It was nice having the plunge pool as I could relax and read by it each morning before my daughter was up and ready. The resort pool was never too busy to get a chair and the beach is an easy walk. Speaking of walking, Palm Beach is an easy walk on the board walk so we walked there 3 times during our stay to enjoy the beach, shopping, and dining. I also placed a grocery pick up at Super Foods midweek and that was an easy walk too. We will definitely be back!

Nice clean house in a nice area

The property was clean and comfortable. The appliances and AC were modern and functional and appeared almost brand new. The photos in the listing were very accurate. There was alot more space than we thought there would be. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location and property

From the moment I booked the property, Prestige was great with communication. Upon check-in, Carlotta was welcoming and thorough with providing the details of the townhome. The unit was great for our family of four. It was apacious and clean, and we enjoyed having our own pool. The property is close to restaurants and a nice grocery store. The beach is just across the street and is stunning. Eagle Beach is less crowded than Palm Beach and we preferred it that way. Overall, LeVent is well maintained and great for families. We would recommend this property to others.

There were a few cleanliness issues and the pool size is much smaller than the pictures show. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the condo is new and spacious and location is 5 min walk to the beach.

Beautiful townhome. Welcome basket was very much appreciated! Property description is somewhat deceiving. The description had us thinking the property was actually ON the beach. Outdoor shower water pressure is useless. Unable to even rinse your feet.Property is well cared for. Concierge was very helpful. It would be a good idea to have extra blankets in the 2nd bedroom and directions for use of the televisions.

Amazing week.

Beautiful property that is a block away from spectacular Eagle Beach. We loved our stay and we’re extremely comfortable in the unit. The shared pool within the complex was beautiful and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Happy times at LeVent

This was our fifth time to Aruba and first time at LeVent. My wife and I had always gone by ourselves but this time two of our longtime friends who had been wanting to come to Aruba joined us. We knew we liked this stretch of Eagle Beach for its beauty, peacefulness, proximity to restaurants, bus transportation, and a grocery store but weren't familiar with LeVent. According to our friends ......we hit it out of the park with the condo we booked here....they absolutely loved the place....and of course Aruba!! And I can't deny that we loved it as well. We didn't have a car, but if you don't mind walking , in less than a mile in any direction you'll have access to several restaurants, casinos, pool bars, grocery stores and of course just a very short walk to eagle beach. The bus stop is right out front for a quick trip up to the high rise area or back to Oranjestad and anytime we called for a cab it was there in just a few minutes. We spent a lot of time enjoying the warm air and breezes out in our private patio and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for making meals . With both bedrooms being spacious and nearly identical we didn't even need to fight over who got which room!! Their main pool, hot tub and grill area are very nice too and on the days we didn't beach it we found it very relaxing to lay back and read a book there. The staff there are wonderful and a big shout out to Orlando, Carlotta, and all the security guards at the gate!! Did we have the time of our lives?.....yes!!! thanks LeVent!!
