I loved it! I’ve been to Aruba many times but had a little difficulty finding it because it’s in a residential area, on a one-way street. But the property inside is “wonderful”. It’s very tropical; has a hip, kinda Key West vibe and atmosphere; quaint and clean and welcoming. I slept like a baby. About a mile to downtown oranjestadt. I will definitely stay here again! Great value. I’m always torn about giving great reviews because I want to keep the secret. But, this place deserves it. Tom

Great place to get away from tourist matrix. You must have a car to move around. Some construction taking place behind grounds, but not a disturbance! Gaston is a great host! Mature audiences only, not for children.

We stayed at the Wonders Boutique Hotel from July 6-13th. After a long flight delay, how "wonderful" it was to arrive at our hotel with a warm greeting, a bottle of prosecco, and a lovely room! Gaston was a lovely host- friendly, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable about the island. I may have gained a pound or two due to the Dutch pancakes we enjoyed daily. On our last day, Gaston even drove us to the airport. I can't say enough lovely things about our time there; we will definitely return.

This boutique hotel is absolutely perfect! There are only about 10 rooms I believe which makes for a very quiet & cozy atmosphere. The host Gaston was instantly welcoming, helpful, & friendly our entire stay here(3 days). There’s a nice courtyard with a pool that provides plenty of shade with all the beautiful trees & plants. They also offer breakfast for a small fee which can be enjoyed out in the courtyard. We had a room w/ two twin beds which we’re comfortable & the bathroom was a good space with hot water. Housekeeping is offered daily & I never felt a concern as far as Covid sanitation. It was a 10-15 min walk from the hotel to downtown which was convenient as we prefer to walk around & learn our surroundings on foot. If a taxi is needed, one can be called for you. There is a dog & a cat that can be seen often on the property but both are friendly & were no problem at all. Lots of resort type lodgings nearby but I’m so happy i chose a place that was less hectic & filled up with guests. I absolutely will return to Wonders for my next visit to Aruba. Gaston (the owner) and his staff are completely devoted to the complete satisfaction of their guests. Gaston recommended restaurants, excursions and activities, and not only called a rental company for my girlfriend and I, but even personally drove us to the car rental company when the rental company employees were too busy to pick us up. The hotel even provides guests with beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and sunblock all free of charge. Our Deluxe King Room was spotless and the hotel itself was peaceful. You will find no better value for a hotel outside of the big touristy beaches than Wonders Boutique Hotel!! I highly recommend this beautiful and tranquil hotel to all.
