Charming beach cottage in Olivia Beach, Lincoln City, a newer development just feet from the Pacific Ocean. House is located only steps away from the boardwalk to the beach and sits directly in front of the development's Central Park which includes a children's play structure, large open grass area, grill, fire pit, sand volleyball court, community outdoor pool (open seasonally) and exercise facility. Direct BEACH access is right next to home and provides easy and convenient access directly to the beautiful sandy beach with vast tidepools! Ocean and beach can be viewed from top of hill right next to our home! Note there are about 100 steps from the top of the stairs to the sandy beach.

Minimum 2 night stay during off-peak and 3 night stay during peak and holiday's.

We enjoyed seeing more of the Oregon Coast - it's gorgeous. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. Communication with owners was great. Reported issues with freezer and stove and the owners were very responsive.

The location of this property, the beauty of the location but even more-so the property itself make this one of our favorite VRBO locations ever! Perfect getaway

What a lovely home in the wonderful Olivia Beach community! The house had everything our two families with kids could need to be comfortable, have fun, and relax. Chris and Jessica were so helpful and responsive and we will definitely try to stay here again.

Great house and location

The house is in a great location. We were there on a dad's get away but I'm looking forward to booking a trip with my family. The house works extremely well for both purposes. The owners were awesome and accommodating. Over all, a great experience!

Perfect for our big family

We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. Each year my whole extended family gets together and rents a house in Lincoln City for Thanksgiving. This was by far my favorite house, it is very tastefully decorated and the set up was great, it did not feel crowded and every room was comfortable.

Great home and great location!

We had a great time and all three families really enjoyed our time at the house. We lucked out with gorgeous weather which allowed us to spend lots of time outside. The kids enjoyed the beach and lots of time at the park. Since it was dry we were also able to enjoy a campfire! All around amazing weekend! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Oregon coast

This property is beautiful. Everything about it is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice linens in each bathroom. Very quiet area at night so sleep was not interupted. Easy access to outside shower and hose to wash off after enjoying the beach. Lincoln City and the state parks nearby have something for everyone. Assess to the beach is tricky but my family walked down the steps to the beach and then walked to the public access point and walked back by the streets. Much easier than climbing the stairs. Would definitely stay here if we ever get back to the area.

Cute, comfortable beach house

My family stayed here; we were a group of 4 adults and two kids, and it was very comfortable. There were games for us to play, and we enjoyed spending nights working on a puzzle. The house fit us really well and it had plenty of space for us to not be on top of one another, and the beds are very comfortable so we enjoyed our sleep! Sound and voices do travel up easily because of the staircase, but nothing too terrible. The house is located right in front of a park/playground area, which made it super easy with the kids, and it’s easy access to the beach. The closest access is a long way down a set of stairs, but we drove about 5 mins to the nearest access and it was no problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

Idyllic Beach Vacation

We adored our stay at Olivia Beach. The home is so cute and the neighborhood is beyond charming. We felt like we were staying in a movie. The beach access was wonderful, the community pool was warm and had ocean views and the park was ideal. We have 2 kids and it was so great to send them to the park to play while we watched from the front porch. They loved having their own “suite” on the third floor. We got in the hot tub nearly every day of our stay. This is one of my most favorite locations I have ever stayed at and I can’t wait to return. The home doesn’t provide toiletries like other vrbo homes do but that is a very small quibble. Overall we loved the home, loved Lincoln City and loved the Oregon coast. I can’t wait to return.

Great House & Neighborhood

This is our second stay at this house and we highly recommend it. My previous review was very detailed, so I’ll give just a few highlights. 1) The owner is very responsive and professional. 2) The house is very clean. 3) The walk to the beach is short and beautiful but note that one must be able to ascend/descend many stairs to do it. 4) I think a hot tub is a must on the Oregon coast, so this is a huge plus for this house! 5) The house is bigger than it looks on paper and the carriage house allows room to overflow for big groups. 6) In my opinion, Olivia Beach is the best neighborhood in Lincoln City. Incredibly charming and everyone is so nice. 7) This house is priced better than most in Olivia Beach. If you like to hike, be sure to do the God’s Thumb hike and see the Knoll on your way down. We did the big loop and it was great! Steep and times, so be ready to climb. I’m afraid of heights and was able to go out to the Thumb without any trauma!

Memorial Day weekend 2019

The house was very cute and comfortable. Our first night we attempted to use the hottub but it was luke warm, dirty and when we turned on the jets it foamed up so much you could not see any water underneath it, definetely way to much chemicals. Our 2nd night after eating dinner we went to run the dishwasher for the 1st time and it did not work. We finally got it to work but it would not close tightly so it would shoot water out the top, so needless to say we did not use it and washed everything by hand for the rest of our stay. Our 3rd night we used the BBQ. When my husband lit it there was so much grease on it that it caught fire which gave us all a scare because we thought the house was going to catch fire. Needless to say we got the fire out, everything cleaned up and the BBQ got a good scrubbing so that we we were able to cook our meal without any more pronlems. Other than those couple of issues everything else was good. We used the firepit in the park across the street which was very nice and there was more than enough wood to use. The walk to the beach is not bad, but there is alot of stairs to go up and down. We were a little disappointed because we had thought bu the description that the water was closer than it actually was nut the walk was not horribly long. The neds were very comfortable and there was enough beds for everyone in our group. Overall other than the vuew issues we had the house was very cute and comfortable and the owners were very easy to communicate with. We had a great time. Thank you for letting us use your home.
